not unless you brush your hair after you wave it. if that's what you usually do, try running your fingers through the waves instead. works for me.

This is how you use a waver: 1. Plug in 2. Let it get really hot, so you can get results. 3. Pick up and open plates 4. Put a section of hair between the plates, close plates on hair and count to seven or more if not as wavy as you want, keep going down the section of hair and grab new sections untill hair is totally done. BE CAREFUL NOT TO GET BURNED! ALWAYS USE A HEAT PROTECTANT BEFORE USING HOT STYLING TOOLS, TRY THE CHI SILK INFUSION OR BIOSILK, THEY GIVE YOU SILKY HEALTHY HAIR, AS WELL AS PROTECT HAIR FROM HEAT DAMAGE. HEAT PROTECTION IS AVALIBLE AT MANY LOCAL STORES, OR TRY TRESEMME HEAT TAMER PROTECTIVE SPRAY(A CHEAP ALTERNATIVE)
