Hot tool parts.
I bought my Hot Tools Ceramic Flat Iron, Model #1177 from a company that went out of business. Half of the iron isn't working. I thought I remembered a fuse part that could be bought separately to fix it, that was sold at their store, but I have been unable to locate a website for Hot Tools to see if they stock that particular item. I was thinking because I spent so much for it that it had some replaceable parts. Please let me know if this is true and how to contact Hot Tools directly. This is the third Hot Tools Flat Iron that I've bought that has the same problem, but the other two lasted longer than this one has.
