I like the blow dryer a lot. My hair stylist uses it as well. The cord on the bottom on of the dryer comes loose and the dryer will not work sometimes and you have to mess with it to get it to work. I really like it though.

Although I'm not crazy about the design, this blow dryer is amazingly magical! I feel like I've been to a salon when I'm done using it. Its so good that it doesn't really matter how great your flat iron is because this does more than half the battle...especially if you have thick or "ethnic" hair
