I have "tons" of thoroughly unmanageable, fly-away, static-prone hair. This is a really great dryer: dries even _my_ unruly mane quickly, without burning or singeing.

I did love this hair dryer. It dried my hair quickly and I felt that it was a good value.
But it died in around a month I don't have a receipt so I can not return it). The switch won't work correctly anymore, can not turn it on.

I haven't had a problem at all with my dryer. I'm sure there are better ones out there. However, for the amount of money spent on this one, I am VERY happy with it. It dries my hair very quickly and with NO static. I love the ION switch. My hair is fine, so flyaway and static has always been a big problem for me but not anymore. I would reccomend this product to anyone who is looking for a good dryer at a resonable price.

I love this dryer. I bought it to replace one I purchase a few years ago. I loved it then and love this one. No flames coming out of mine.

I really like that it takes 5 min. or more less to dry my hair. It is light and small enough to travel with.

Well, what a morning! I was drying my hair (with my 6 month old hairdryer) and doing everything like normal and all the sudden flames are coming out of my hairdryer. Thank goodness my husband was nearby, to help me put the flame out and to make sure my hair wasn't on fire. Just friendly warning...use it with GREAT caution!

I bought the dryer about 4 months ago and it was nothing special, just a dryer. But the 4th month it won't power up. Now the store won't replace it becuase 90 days have passed and they couldn't even give me product return to manufacture for replacement.
Wouldn't recommend the dryer.

This was my first experience with Folica and unfortunately the hair dryer I received would not even turn on! It was to be a gift and thankfully I tried it out before wrapping it. The ON/OFF switch was so loose that a connection couldn't be made. I immediately called customer service to report the problem and they suggested I send it back. I had to ask to be reimbursed for the shipping charges. This was to be a gift and due to the return I will not have it in time to give. I am hopeful that the replacement will operate properly.
Dangerous - be very careful.

Have been using this hair dryer for approximately ten months and totally loved it - until yesterday. I was drying my medium length hair as I always do and all of a sudden a loud "clanking" noise started coming from the dryer and I turned it off immediately. But not before pieces of glass/plastic chips came flying out of the nozzle, luckily not towards my face or eyes, that landed on our bathroom floor. Wow, that could have been in my face or eyes! I asked my husband to take a look, not that I want to repair it, but I never saw anything fly out of a dryer before and I was worried it could happen to someone else out there. It was the fan blade that broke and pieces have chipped off. The dryer has never been dropped or misused and is only used by me. I saved it in case Conair wants to check it out. I loved the product but won't consider it for repurchase. What a scare!!!!

I replaced my 5 yr old Hot Tools dryer that gave out after constant use the other day with this new one. I received the dryer in 2 days and it's again, the best hair dryer I have ever used. Two big thumbs up for the dryer and the fast service I received!

I like this dryer. Seems to work really well, but it started to go on and off due to a cord issue. I have not dropped it or wrap the cord. Would think it would last longer and I would not have to purchase another expensive dryer in such a short time.

I bought this hair dryer thinking it would be a good deal it was a good price and there were alot of features....but but I received it...EEEEE!!!....First of all it does not allow me to use my diffuser due to the shape of the nozzel...secondly as soon as I turned the power on the coils turned bright red and the thing started to smoke...i guess the bottom line was I should have spent a little more money and went for quality, because the craftsmanship of it sticks...So all you out there thinking this is a bargain....THINK AGAIN

I was thrilled at the speediness of the drying and the silkiness of my hair, BUT since the nozzle is a sideways oval, I found that it flattened the top of my hair and fluffed out the bottom. Since the nozzle has that shape, you cannot rotate the concentrator attachment to correct the issue. Sadly I had to return my hairdryer as a result.

this blowdrier is a dream come true! it makes my hair so straight that sometimes i don't even use my flat iron and leave it flipped cos it's so shiny and healthy looking. dries hair fast and leave it soft, highly recommended!

Other than the fact that this dryer is extremely noisy, after owning it for just 6 months and never wrapping the cord when putting it away, the cord broke where it connected to the dryer while I was using it this morning. This caused massive sparks, a small shooting flame, tons of smoke, and a burn to my wrist. Needless to say, I am not happy with this product.

It dries your hair quickly, but I found that my hair was getting frizzy, but my hair is fine and curly, so it's a challenge to find a really good hair dryer.

Overall this was a great buy...this blowdryer replaced my Revlon Ion dryer which had nothing wrong with it except for the fact it weighed like 5 pounds and even though it had the ion feature it still wasn't an equivalent to how fast this one works. However if I were to make a complaint I'd say I hate how the on/off switch is set up...it goes off>low>high instead of low>off>high. so its that extra click each time..I mean really do you ever use low?

I recently purchased this dryer. Every time I use it on the Ion mode, it drys for a few minutes than cuts off. I bought the dryer because of the Ion function. Save your receipt in case yours does the same. I'm disapointed.
