GREAT DRYER FOR THE PRICE

I was sceptical about a smaller size dryer that boasted about drying quickly even having the ionic drying feature. The price was worth risking it so I bought one. I'm telling everyone about it now. It DOES dry fast. I don't even have to use my flat iron as I did with my other dryer. It folds for easy packing and is lightweight. Thanks Folica!!

Thanks to all of you that reviewed the product before me, because I purchased this blow dryer based on those reviews. It's comfortable, light and incredibly powerful. My hair styled much easier than normal. Thanks soo much, this is exactly what I needed. Great product.

I received this same hair dryer free from a retailer when I purchased a flat iron Dec 2004. I used this hair dryer for 9 months before my daughter discovered how well it works for long thick hair and I gave it to her and ordered a new one for myself. I wouldn't be without one. It has great features, compacts to a nice size for a drawer and is easy to pack along on a trip. I have thick hair and it dries it faster than any dryer I have ever owned and it does not dry out my hair.

I tried a Hot Tools Ionic Hairdryer (not the travel size) at a recent hotel I was staying at and was impressed on how quickly my lengthy (down to my mid-back) hair dried! It also didn't frizz out like it usually does so I decided to purchase one. Since I travel quite a bit, I thought I would purchase the travel-sized model. It does the same task, but it takes a bit longer since it doesn't seem as powerful, but my hair ends up less frizzy which is what impressed me in the first place. There is a "cool shot" button on the back of the handle (which is not labeled) which took me a while to figure out. I thought it was for collapsing the handle. It also took a bit longer than expected to receive, but it's still better than my original hairdryer...

Well, this blow dryer is great and convenent. Dry fast without drying out hair to bad. I really like it. Although this is my fist blow dryer I use daily I think it is defently worth buying. Especially the price. Come On.

I have had one before and my daughter had one. Hers gave out after years of use (abuse) and I gave mine to her. I wanted another one just like it. This site (folica.com)not only had one just like the one I had, but the price was $35.00 LESS than the amount I would have paid if I had purchased the same hair dryer at my beauty salon (in town). I purchased the hair dryer and two brushes and still saved $ 20.00 from the purchase price of the hair dryer from my salon. Folica.com has a new and happily satisfied customer.

I found this dryer to be average - not bad at all, but nothing better than my $20 dryer from Shoppers. It did dry my hair pretty fast, but I didn't notice it being any faster than any other dryer I've used, and I didn't find my hair to be softer or silkier (just the same). So, I would not reccommend this dryer over any other regular one. I would reccommend something cheaper since I didn't notice a difference.
Absolutely the best....and I'll tell you why!

Number one: everyone should have an ionic hair dryer..it makes your hair SO much better!
Number two: Its light weight and folds up for Travel..its the first Ionic one I've seen that folds up.
Number thre: Its got everything you want in a dryer!

I loved this dryer. I used it for about a year and one morning without warning, it just didn't start up again. I was very disappointed and I will not buy this brand again as I have ancient Conairs that still work as back ups.

It did! I have fine, naturally wavy, blonde hair that tends to get frizzy in humidity. I normally don't use a hair dryer because it just makes the frizz worse. I decided to try the ionic dryer after a discussion with my stylist. Well it makes a huge difference! After drying my hair with this dryer it has more body and no frizz!

It works great with plenty of power. It's small and convenient to pack. I enjoy the way it folds in half! Only downside is that I often have to push the reset button.

It's true -- no more frizzies, even when it rains. I can't say enough good things about this ion hairdryer. It's light, fast, and whatever magic the ions perform, my hair looks great. My co-workers concur, and my husband has started stealing it to use on his own hair. The real test will be when the hot humid weather hits...
