Not that good.

This flat iron was not very good in my opinion. It is rough when i straighten it and makes creases in my hair, and pulls my hair. It is very durable i must say, I have dropped it many times and still hasn't broken in the year I have had it. It makes my hair kind of frizzy, which is why then I use a de-frizzing product. I also have to run it over a section about 3 or 4 times to completely straighten it, and does not keep my hair straightened throughout the day. Overall, this product is not very good and I wouldn't recommend it.

I bought mine just recently and I don't know if it's because this is being followed be a CHI, but it doesn't really heat up well or stay hot long. It rips my hair too. OUCH! Overall it's not too bad. It's nice for a first time straightner just not one if you straighten often.

this straightener does not really straighten. it just makes your hair frizzy. if you are smart DONT BUY IT!!!!!!

this flat iron does NOT keep ypur hair straight. I will walk outside for a few minuts then walk back inside and my hair will have already gotten wavy again. It does not take away frizz. You have to straighten each mpiece of hair about 5 times before it becomes kind of straight. I DO NOT ressomend this product.
