Beauty Tips
Get Straight Hair

New soft, flexible fingers add volume while gently massaging the scalp.

Product Features:

  • Vented finger tips allow soothing air to flow to the roots of the hair
  • Volumizer creates maximum lift and volume
  • Unbreakable fingers for long lasting use
  • Fits most hair dryers
  • Compact and light weight for easy storage and handling

This product, when attached to a hair dryer, will diffuse or soften the airflow from a hand-held hair dryer. Drying with a diffuser will dry curly or permed hair styles without losing the natural beauty of the curl. Allow the soft, flexible fingers to gently massage your scalp while adding volume to your hair. Since the hair dryer airflow will be somewhat restricted, it is important to take certain precautions against possible damage or injury.

Styling Tips:

  • Place the open end of the volumizer on the nozzle of the dryer and push together.
  • The volumizer should fit securely but should not exceed 2" from the end of the nozzle.
  • The dryer must be at the lowest heat and speed level.
  • Dry hair using the volumizer fingers to gently run through and separate hair.
  • Do not block the volumizer airflow in any way.
  • Do not place the volumizer face down while the hair dryer is in operation.
  • Should the hair dryer overheat, it may shut down automatically. If this happens, immediately turn the hair dryer off and allow it to cool for a few minutes before using. Check the nozzle and the air intakes for blockage. It may be necessary to press the reset button on the plug if your dryer is equipped with a resettable plug.
  • To remove the volumizer from the dryer, gently grip the volumizer and pull it apart from the hair dryer.

Proper Diffuser Care:

  • Remove the volumizer from the hair dryer.
  • Wash in warm, soapy water and rinse. Allow the volumizer to dry completely before attaching to the dryer.

Very nice diffuser
Reviewer: Erica from Fort Mill, SC   2008-03-08

This diffuser works great! The only problem I have with it is that it is a little hard to put on the hair dryer. It will only fit if your hair dryer has a smaller end. I do like the results I get from it, though.

Doesn't Fit my blow dryer
Reviewer: Terri from Milford, NH   2007-11-05

I'd love to give this a good review, BUT, it doesn't fit MOST dyers, at least not mine. So, I couldn't rate it, it's still sitting in its box !!!! 0:(

Great Diffuser for Curly Hair
Reviewer: Livy from Alpharetta, GA   2007-07-12

This is a great diffuser for curly hair. The prongs are long so you can create volume with it unlike some of the other hard diffusers. I highly recommend this diffuser!

Great for mostly VOLUME
Reviewer: Kathy from Texas   2007-05-30

Hence the product name, volumizing diffuser! My hair is thick and mostly straight, with a little natural "wrinkle," not even really curl. It's very layered and this diffuser replaced a diffuser with longer, stiff plastic fingers. (The only hairdryer it fits broke finally.) This one works great for what I want (sticking-up messy type hairstyle) and the soft fingers don't poke me in the head. It DOES fit best on a round nozzle though.

Didn't fit
Reviewer: Karen Missbach from New York   2007-04-19

Although it says its fits most hairdryers, it doesn't I cannot use it and it would cost more to send it back.
