1" curling brush - hard to find?

Not at Folica.com. I had spent weeks looking locally in the stores for such an item, with no luck. Folica not only had the item I was looking for, but at a great price! Delivery was within 2 days of my order being placed, you just can't get better than that. I will be using Folica again and will recommend to all my friends.

This curling brush is wonderful. The swivel cord makes handling easy. This tool gets hot very quickly and has a large cool tip on the end to eliminate burning fingers.

I had to order a replacement for my old Helen of Troy iron (it worked fine, was accidentally broken). This one is just as great and I use it every day. It is THE perfect curling iron, for me at least.

I purchased one of these several years ago and loved the fact that it enables me to get good curl even when my perm was getting very weak. Then I couldn't find it when I tried to get a "spare" just in case. I checked many stores and websites with no luck. Even Helen of Troy's site only tells you to get it from your local store, and the only store they said should have it in this area doesn't have it! Finally found it on your website and one other, and your price + shipping was much better, plus the service was excellent, so I'm telling others about your website, including my beautician! Thanks for being there!

i bought this for my mother. these hair curlers use to be available in australia but are no longer. the cost to buy one and freight it here was less than the price here when they where available. the service is great. freight is fast and dispatch was remarkably fast. dispatch is fairly slow here in australia. my mother is very happy with the item. an voltage converter from 120v to 240v is avaliable from any electronics shop for minimal outlay, less than $10AU.
I recommend anybody in australia or the US for that matter to purchase any item from folica.

I am thrilled to death with this product. I have searched high and low for a mini curling brush for my short hair and this product than exceeded my expectations. It gets hot quickly and puts a nice firm curl in your hair getting me compliments, like did you just come from getting your hair styled? I love it.
A great replacement for very old Conair

Had the old Conair curling brush for 10 yrs. I don't like curling irons. Love my new Brush by Helen of Troy. Bought 2 since curling brushes are getting very hard to find. It is great. Really smoothes my post-meno weird hair.

This size curling brush is hard to find where we live.
It works wonderfully on my Mothers short hair. It is very easy for her to manage and doesn't tangle her hair.

I love my curling brush as it gets hotter than most and I can't find the 1/2 inch barrel locally. I ordered two so that I would have a spare. Thanks for carring Helen of Troy products.

This is the best brush curling iron I have ever had, and at age 70, I have had a few! Easily held and heats up fast for those quick touchups!

My grandma loves this!! we bought one very similar for her sevral years ago. and she loves it., Its soo easy to use. I use it on my hair too sometimes when i want a little bit of a curl. Its great.
Not For Fine Hair

When ordering this "Brush" Curling Iron, I thought that "bristle design" in the description meant that it was like bristles in a brush. Having fine, short hair, this iron will not even start to hold the hair. Probably my mistake but I thought 'bristle' meant bristle & could not tell the difference from the picture!

I keep burning my fingers. The tip of that brush where you hold on to, to swirl your hair around the curling brush GETS REALLY, REALLY, REALLY, HOT!!!!!!! I have a smaller curling brush that I bought years ago but unfortuntely it is only 3/4 of an inch barrel. I wanted a bigger barrell. The smaller one I have has a nice long end to hold onto the brush and even if the brush gets hot, you don't even notice. It is put together very well. I just don't know who the manufacturer was or how to get a hold of another one like it but bigger.

Mini Barrel Brush

This is exacatly what I wanted - but after using a 3/4" barrel there is a peroid of adjustment - mostly my hair was so short and straight it just sticks out everywhere but once I get it around the brush it does put a curl in it! I like a brush better than the plain because I can chase down the strays with less chance of burning my fingers! I wish these were more readily available in stores and I wish I had one with automatic shut-off because I forget!!!!
