I like this brush... the only thing is that it does not get as hot as i would like it to, but it does give my hair alot of body, it just takes a little time to heat up and you have to hold the curl in place extra long to make it last...but when it curls its gorgeous

Curling brushes are hard to find these days. This one does measure up to one I purchased several years ago. It heats up well and smooths out my hair but keeping body and waves. This product doesn't get super hot, but does what I need it to do.
Love, love, love it! Thanks Folica.

After a long and unsuccessful attempt at finding a curling iron brush, I decided to look on the internet. Did not want a hot air brush since I mistakenly bought one at Target and didn't like it. Did a search on Google and found Folica. Purchased the 1" iron. Received item super fast. Tried it the same day and loved it. Wish it would get a little hotter but it gives my fine, limp hair great body. I'll be ordering the 1-1-2" as well. Thanks again.

I had a similar curling iron years ago, but couldn't find a replacement in the stores, so I was very happy to find it here. Love the way it works, just wish they would make a deluxe model that heated up faster and went off automatically. (because I forget to turn it off) I do burn my fingers a little, but it must be a good curling iron as I am willing to put up with it. I'd call it a 4 1/2, especially considering the great price.

Switch problem on most appliances. Switch slides too easily and slides to "off" during use. I've sent (1) back due to this and the 2nd order switch was similar. As this is a great curling or smoothing brush I clipped a thick rubber band piece and stuffed it in the switch and scotched taped it in. WORKS NOW!!!!! Price of shipping and return shipping isn't worth sending it back.

I needed a curling iron which had a brush because I can not use a plain curling iron. I always burn my neck, ears, and head with a plain curling iron. This brush curling iron is working perfectly for me. Thanks

I love my curling brush. I have short white hair and this brush adds enough curl that I don't need to have a perm. Please don't ever discontinue this item. I'm also impressed with how fast I received this item after placing my order.
Thank you,
A lifesaver for sure

I have been looking locally for a 1/2" curling brush for 5 years without sucess. Thank you Folica.com. It is not instant heat (and really don't take that long anyway) but who cares. Everything else is perfect. If you're looking for a 1/2" curling brush, this is it. . .and reasonable too.

I bought both the 3/4 and the 1" barrell size electric curling brush, like them both but the 1"can burn your fingertips, when holding to curl your hair also the on off switch is very touch sensitive found myself turning it back on several times,I use them because I cannot find electric curling brushes in the stores anymore.

I CANNOT USE A CURLING IRON, I GET BURNT TO EASY. SO USING THE CURLING BRUSH IS THE BEST FOR ME. I ALSO NEED A 1" AND THEY ARE SO HARD TO FIND IN THE LOCAL STORES AND BEAUTY SUPPLY SHOPS. PLEASE TRY TO GET THEM OUT MORE IN THE STORES. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE IS AGREEING THAT IT DOES NOT GET AS HOT AS I THINK IT SHOULD AND IT DOES TAKE QUITE SOME TIME TO WARM UP. IF THESE TWO THINGS ARE IMPROVED IT WOULD BE PERFECT! THANKS AND PLEASE DO NOT QUIT MAKING THE 1" CURLING BRUSH!!!!

This product heats quickly and does a nice job curling your hair. The price is fantastic. Be careful, as the tip is not cool.

The only problem I have with this product is the loose on/off switch. It slides too easily which also makes it too easy to turn off without knowing it. I bought two and the switches are the same. Other than that it gets hot and does the job very well!
GREAT CURLING IRON

It is impossible to find these curling irons at the stores I frequent. I like the little one because I have short fine hair.
They really last a long time. I have not had one quit working but I finally throw it away because I have left it on (sometimes for days) too long and I get burnt hair spray caked on the barrell so my hair starts to stick to it and it looks really grody. I order them about every 2 years and i buy 2 at a time.
I would think that all their brush curling irons would be the same - great working life.

I purchased this curler in nov, i am very pleased. i lost my hair do to illness. my hair was always fine and straight. but it came back like silk, would be great if i had a lot more of it. my hair would not hold the smallest of curlers and what little curl i managed would relax and be gone in minutes.with this curling iron i was able to accomplish beautiful lasting curls. a little thinner barrel and the nubs bristly instead of smooth, this would be the perfect tool for very short unmanageable hair. thank you
