I towel dry my hair and put a small amount in my hands and massage it into my hair, You can use a mousse also - after putting this product in. Because my hair is short - I get approx four to five uses from each vile. I used it on my friends' very long hair and I can get two uses per vile.
It does not! bleach the hair that I know of. What it has done for me is remove all brassiness and adds tons of shine. (platinum glory!) No hair dryer or sun is needed. But I think there is no reason why you could not use them.
