I am a hairdresser in Yorba Linda, CA and I have been using this flatiron for about a year now. I have to say it is the best on the market. Just because it doesnt get to that 400+ degree temp. does not mean it is not doing its job. It actually does it better, for it does not make the hair dry and brittle lke your other flatirons might. I get complements on it all the time and it is long lasting, since i do about ten heads of hair a day and still have my original one. I highly recommend this flatiron and that is coming from a licensed cosmotologist :)
P.S. there is a new one out as well called the nanoXT. Just released this year!!!
