I have very fine hair and I bought the Hai Twig when I cut my long hair off and wanted to go for a short cut with an edge. This iron does it all. It allows me to straighten my short curly hair to the point that no one can tell my hair is naturally curly. I can put spikes on top or just let it lay down in layers. I'm so pleased with it that i'm ordering another one because i've had mine for almost 2 years and have dropped it several times (but it still works), and I don't won't to be without one should this one finally go out on me. Worth every penny!!! Just wish they made an even smaller one for the real short hair.

I'd been looking for a narrow flat iron and looked everywhere. I'm so glad for the reviews here on Folica.com that I had to add my own. If you're looking for a narrow flat iron, this is the one, and at a great price!
I just received the HAI Twig this afternoon and already did a bunch of curls on my hair. I can't wait to try using it just to straighten my hair. I'm sure it'll do a great job.
Undecided? Go for it, because the HAI Twig seems to have it all! Including great results.

I have thick, course hair that takes a lot of heat to straighten and curl. This HAI Twing works better than any flat iron I have ever tried---and I've tried many. I've had my Twig for over 3 years and it still heats and works great. I strongly recommend this flat iron!

My hair looks great when I use this iron. Not too expensive and shipped right on time. The reviews I read before I bought it said it was best for short hair, which I what I have, so it's perfect.

I bought this to replace my Chi Turbo that would stop working reliably(I suspect a connection was loose inside the Turbo). Things that are great about this iron: the small size is great for short hair, it has a dial that allows you to select the actual temperature you want to use, and it heats up quickly. In 2 months of using it, the negative I've found is that the back side of the plates isn't padded with any material, so you have to be careful when straightening that you don't burn your forehead.

This straightener is pretty awesome! The size is the biggest feature it has to offer. It is so small, so for short hair, it is definitely a must have! It heats up extremely fast and doesn't fry your hair on contact. I would definitely say my thick, curly, dry hair feels much softer after straightening. The only reason I didn't rate it five stars was because it occasionally snags your hair. It's nothing huge, but it does have a factor in my rating. Besides that, this is the best straightener I've ever had BY FAR!!!

I spent countless hours researching the perfect flat iron and I quickly ccame to realise that none is perfect, but the HAI Twig comes close. I have short hair(black), and I am trying to avoid doing a relaxer. The HAI Twig heats up quickly, and makes my hair smooth and shiny with no pulling or snagging. If you have longer hair it may not be the best flat iron for you, but for short to medium length hair it is perfect.
Design-wise, I wish it were a bit slimmer, which would allow it to better curl really short hair at the back of the head and behind the ears.
Since I got the HAI Twig, I have stopped using my curling iron, and my co-workers have remarked on how much better my hair looks.

I love it, I use it everyday to straighten my hair, and sometimes when I want curls, it does that too! It's excellent, everyone should have a twig!!!

I have recently cut my hair, and it is very short in the back. The hai twig gets hot and is ready to use 10 seconds later... It flattens my hair with the perfect bend, even without having a relaxer!

I abosolutely love the HAI Twig Ceramic Flat Iron. It has enabled me to do wonders with both short and long hair. I love how fast it heats up, and the quality of the product is A-1. I would highly recommend this product to anyone!

My wife loves the HAI twig!!! She talked about it enough, saying she was using a friends' set at work, and she had to have it......and now she does...thanks to Folica!!! I love my twigg! I also have a t3 wet dry which is too wide now that I cut my hair short, but I love the twigg more! IT gives me a really smooth finish and works wonders for my short hair. I can style my hair effortlessly.
