this is the second hai convertable i've bought (this one is a gift for my sister) I love these. I am a professional stylist and have used a few differnt irons. The chi cannot compare. Especially for the price now. I use mine every day for over a year now, and it still works as good as the first day I got it.

The product works great but I had a problem with the shipping and the customer service rep at Folica was absolutely the rudest gentleman I have dealt with and knew nothing about company policy. I was flabbergasted at his behavior.
Worked well until it broke!

Order these all the time. This time ordered 3 as gifts. Have always loved this brand. One was broken on reciept. Called the customer service number and they could not help. They took a message and we still have not heard from Folica on how to return. Think twice about ordering, I have ordered 6 of these and they are great if you don't have to return.

This is my third purchase of this product. My first one broke from being dropped too many times,so I bought myself one, and just bought my third one for my teenage daughter. I had a hairstylist recommend this one to me a few years ago, and have used it ever since.

I bought my iron in June 07, now it is Jan 08. The iron fuse went out. Iron is not working anymore. I have to buy a new one now. The new one is going to be another brand. I dont want to end up purchasing a HAI every six months.

I had this product for over 3 years and loved it. I had to buy a new one after plugging it into a faulty plug at a hotel. I would buy this again and again. I have very difficult hair and it tames it just fine!

The HAI straightener has worked so well for me. My previous straightener was more expensive and broke twice. I realized that I really do not need a straightener that expensive because my hair drys almost straight. The HAI is so light, and doesn't hurt your hand. Also, the highest temperature is just right, because it is hot enough to straighten your hair, but doesn't burn your hair or your hands. The HAI is very reliable, and I haven't had any problems with it yet.

I've been in search of a new straightening iron for months, and decided to purchase the one my stylist uses. This iron is wonderful ... it's just enough heat without frying my thick African-American hair. I'm still working on loose curls (pic attached is my stylist using the same model iron), but my wrap has never looked better. I straighten my hair about once a week, and the curls last even longer now. Folica's shipping was easy, fast, and accurate.

I bought the Hai because of a friends referral. Makes my hair shiny and straight with minimal effort. I use it with aveda's "hang straight". My hair always looks polished now, even when it's up in ponytail.

I was really happy with this flat iron until just completely stopped working after a couple of weeks. One day I plugged it in and it just wouldn't turn on, I tried on every outlet I could find, nothing. A disappointing purchase. Thankfully it was an easy return.

I've had this flatiron for a few years now. And it's done very well, but now it finally broke down and i'm horrified. but the price is so much cheaper than when i got it! seriously guys, this is a great deal! It's an awesome flatiron. It really holds up. I'm pretty rough with my belongings and it lasted me a LONG time. Plus my hair has always been the talk of the week. I love it. You'll love it :)

I have been amazed by the results and quality of this flat iron. I use the HAI Convertable Ceramic Flat Iron virually every day and it works perfectly every time. This is definately the best buy for your money.

it works great, heats up fast and doesnt take very long to straighten my hair it only takes 10-15 minutes =]
=[ but it broke my friend tripped over the chord and it fell on the tile but im getting a new one trust me it's so worth it!!!!

This hair straightener, is amazing. no joke.!
i have thick hair and wavy its not so pretty.
i use this everyday && my hair is not damaged whatsoever
its the best you can get for the money... although its the only straightener ive ever owned, its far out the best, all my friends straighteners are crap.
unless they have this one,
so buy it you'll love it i PRRRRROMISE.

I have very curly hair. It used to take me 1hr.& 1/2 to straigthen my hair. Now with the Hai Convertible it only takes me 1/2 hr. It leaves my hair smooth and skily.

I have used this flat iron a total of five times. It no longer works. No power going to the unit whatsoever. Not to mention, if you want to return the product to HAI because it is defective, you have to call them to talk about it first and get a return number; then you send the iron back and your own cost...with a check to them so that after they "fix it" they can mail it back to you. They will not even pay for the postage to return the "fixed" product to you. And they will not issue a refund. You get you fixed product or another comparable. I will not be purchasing an HAI product again.

The iron worked excellent for a while, a couple of months, but after a few months the blue coating started peeling off of the paddles, I have tried contacting the company for a replacement quite a few times but nooone ever responds to my e-mails. Would I buy it again, not really too expensive and poor customer service.

Buy this straightening iron! For the price it is reallllly good. It's the least damaging of any straightener i've tried. I've had it for almost a year and a half and it's still working really well. It heats up so fast. Make sure you have good products in your hair to make the results last and look even better. Hope i helped! :)
