I love this flat iron so much people always ask to borrow but I tell them to get there own however on the sad aspect It broke and this jus crushed my heart I feel like I lost my best friend!!!

I usually use the CHI flat iron, so when it broke and I had to use my sister's HAI 1 1/4" flat iron, I found it hard to use. For example, I like to flip the ends of my hair in to give my hair a more natural look rather than stick straight. But when I tried to do this with the HAI flat iron, it just dented my hair at the ends. After straightning my hair with the HAI FLAT IRON it left my hair totally flat lacking any bounce or movement.
So far, so good.

I like this Hai flat iron that I purchased a few weeks ago. This is the 2nd brand of iron that I've used. I've had 2 Solia irons in 2 years and both them just died on me. So I decided to try Hai. It straightens my African American hair much better than the Solia did, but the ultimate test for me is whether it will hold up. At the prices that we pay for these irons, I think they should last at least 3-4 years with regular use. I've had curling irons that cost less than thirty bucks that are still going after 5 years or more.

I give this Hai Flat Iron an A++++++!!!!!!!!
My hairdresser uses and recommended this flat iron to me. And how excited was I to find this on Folica.com for $30 less than what my salon was selling it for.
This flat iron is great; it heats up quickly and is easy to use. Many of my friends have the Chi flat iron, and have complained that it snags their hair near the edges of the ceramic plate - this one does not. My hair is about 1 1/2 inches just below my chin, and this 1 1/4" width allows me the control I want when ironing/styling my hair.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this to anyone interested - especially those who are new to flat ironing, like me.

I am a stylist and have had tons of flat irons. This one is the best. better than the chi!! my friend bought hers in cali and i borrowed it on a visit out to see her. I fell in love with it and the price cannot be beat for how great this thing works. the pouch is xtra special because you don't have to wrap the iron with a towel when it is hot. just take the pouch and thats it!! I have been reccomendeing this iron and this wonderful deal on this site to all my clients that use a flat iron!! buy it!!

I love this iron, my daughter bought it for $160 in a salon and we have been using it for over a year. I found folica.com and purchased the Solia, I noticed a big difference between the two and returned the Solia for this one. It is great and the best one I have tried so far!

Awsome product - Can't keep it away from my daughters. I love the fact that it heats up so quickly. You can straighten, bend and even curl your hair with it. It's a great tool. I recommend the 1" - it's more versitile.

This flat iron is amazing! Heats up in seocnds and really gets the job done. Be careful with the heat settings as it really gets hot. I am so glad that I found it here on FOLICA.com. Evry other place that I saw the HAI irons were more than double the price.

I've had it for several weeks and brought it because several of my friends owned it. It works wonderfully; heats up quickly, is simlpe to use, and doesn't damage my hair as much as I thought it would. (I think it's because it's ceramic and has a small surface area). Highly recommended.

I previously owned the thinner red colored version of this one and I feel that that one got hotter and also worked faster. However, this one is all right. It works well and it is a bit thicker which gathers more hair but I feel it doesnt get as hot..whether that be better for my hair-MAYBE its best.

I have naturally wavey thick hair, and so I was looking for a high quality (but not super expensive) hair straightener. I had heard about this one, and so after reading its great reviews and seeing it's reasonable price, I bought it. At first I was a little unsure about it because it's a smaller straightener (not very wide), but after using it a few times it's great! People have been asking me what I've done differently with my hair etc... it gives my hair a smoother appearance than my old straightener, and I love it! It's very easy to use, has a super long cord (convenient) and the cord turns with the handle, allowing it not to get all twisted up! ALl in all, I'd recommend this straightener to everyone!

I first learned about HAI during a trip to Miami. I was in town for a wedding & wanted to have my curly hair smooth & sleek for the outdoor wedding. I went to a salon & I felt like I was on a makeover show when I saw the results, I purchased mine through folica.com as soon as I flew back home. Combined with the use of the Biosilk Serum & Straightening creme & of course, my HAI convertable, my hair has dramatically changed. I couldn't be happier!! This iron would have saved me from being constantly teased back in High School about my poufy hair but I'm glad I have it now! My hair remains straight the following day (but using a silk pillowcase really helps too!)

i used a revlon straightener and a vidal sasson straightener for years now but nothing compared to the HAI straightener! it works so good and its at a decent price. you won't regret it because it really heats up!
