I was hesitant to buy another flat iron. I have been disappointed by many before. This was a GREAT investment. It takes me about 2/3 of the time it normally would to flat iron my hair and it stays straight even in humidity. My hair looks better too and it doesn't have that burnt smell like it would with other flat irons. Don't hesitate to buy this product.

i do my hair in half the time now and its doesnt take forever to heat up either. i'm really glad i picked this iron over the others! i'm so happy, it goes wherever i go!

I love my HAI flat iron - purchased the original about a year ago, and this is a spare (I travel a lot for work). The original still works perfectly but I wanted to have a spare in the event that I lost one or left one on the road accidentally. Love, love, LOVE my HAI

One of my co-workers tryed her HAI flat Iron on my fine curly hair and we could not beleive how straight it made my hair and it stayed straight for the whole week. So I bought one for my self. I kept telling my daughter about how wonderful the HAI flat Iron was, so this week I bought one for my daughter she can not wait to receive her own HAI flat Iron. We both have fine curly hair and this has been the answer to our pray of keep our hair straight.

This is the third flat iron I have bought all 3 the same. One for me and one for my grandaughter and one for my daughter. I have bought several different flat irons but once I used Hai I will nver go back to any other.

As a swimmer I have gone through many irons trying to get one that didn't make my hair really dry and fried. I would have to say that this keeps my hair looking healthy, shiny and all around beautiful because of the blue protective plates. I have had this straightener for a while now and everytime I use it it feels like I just came back from the hair dressers because it is so perfesional. This is an unbelivibley amazing hair appliance and I would highly reccomend it!

Before buying the Hai straightener I had a Jilbere de Paris iron. I must say that this beats the Jilbere de Paris by a long shot. This straightener makes my very curly latina and relaxed hair look sleek and shiny. I took it home during the summer and my mom and sister fell in love with it and have now bought their own. I would definitely recommend this iron to anyone who wants sleek straight hair.

My boyfriend bought this straightener for me for my Birthday, I have tried many other straighteners, and this one is by far the best. It was recommended to me by my hair stylist because it is the one she uses in her salon and she has never experienced a problem with the it. She finds it to be much better than the Babyliss she previously owned.

i bought this flat iron about 4 years ago and it worked great,i loved it! I used it 2-3 times per week until it broke last week(the cord came loose). so i deceited to buy the same one again since the first was soo awsome. but when i got the new one the cord was loose on that one too! it came broken,now i have to send it back for a replacement. i've read other reviews about the same problem, when it works it works great

I love my HAI straightener! My friends always tell me to bring it over when we go out. It straightens so well and leaves the hair soft shiny and flexible. Don't buy the crap in the store. They are terrible. The HAI is well worth the money even though it's not very expensive.

This product came in delivery just on time so I was really happy with that. The product itself is good, it heats up really fast, however I did like my friends CHI better. It doesn't seem to hold my hair completely straight for the whole day and the CHI did. Also, it seems to dry out my hair even though that isn't surprising since it is a hair straightener and thats what hair straighteners do. Nevertheless, I am pleased with this product for its price and I don't regret getting it. Overall, its a great product.

By far one of the best straighteners I have ever invested in. This is my second one and the durability is far more superior than any other product in the market. Have never had any type of problems with the cord or anything. Would and did recommend it to a friend and she bought hers and loves it. Would recommmend it to everybody!
Control very curly, fine hair really straighten it.

Hi, I just had to write this review for all the ladies out there who think there is No hope for fine curly hair. My co-worker was kind enought to use her HAI Straighting Iron on me one day, and I could not beleive it my hair stay straight all week, because my hair is very, very curly and very fine, it is even hard for my hair salon to get my hair straight and keep it that way. I just got my own HAI flat Iron on Monday, and even my boyfriend could feel and see the difference. I have to "THANK YOU" there at HAI for making such a wonderful product. I hope I will be using your product for many years to come. HLS

The HAI flat iron is very easy to use. Takes me half the time to finish my hair than when I used the regular over the counter flat irons. My order also came with a free pouch that is very nice for traveling!!

This is a great product. I have thick wavy hair and this product is amazing! It leaves my hair smooth and like silk.

I have fairly straight hair and purchased this flat iron to get a sleeker look and to use it instead of a curling iron. The directions that came with the flat iron were fairly vague, and have had some mixed experiences trying to slightly curl the ends of my hair tp gove an angeled look w/ the flat iron. I love that it has various heat settings, and is much smaller than the cheap one I originally purchased at the drug store.

i've had this for about a month now and love it.
heats up fast and just simply works great. leaves my hair extra smooth and shiney after i blow it dry straight first. gives a terrific finishing touch. it's also good that it comes with a pouch to keep it in while it's hot and also when you turn it off for safety reasons.
a very good investment. try it!
