This iron is the best!!! It keeps my hair straight all day without frying it. Way better than Wigo, Revlon, and Conair. This is definitely worth every single penny! THANK YOU HAI!

I have owned this straightner for 3 years now and it works great since the day I got it. I can not live with out it and use it everyday. I have semi-long, with boday, and very thick hair. This straightner gives me that smooth sleek NO Fly-away look I want to have. It takes no time to do my hair with this straightner and is so easy to use.

well i just ordered the HAI 2 for the 2nd time (my friend broke my 1st one by mistake and i was soooo upset!!!) and i can't wait to get it!! we call it G.O.D. (private joke =o)) and it works great!! the trick to it is that yea, it can make ur hair a little tough to drag ur fingers through, but just use something light (bio-silk is absolutely the best) rite b4 you iron and just make sure each section ur ironing is brushed through b/c when you iron it and its tangled it will stay ironed like that making it hard to run your fingers through your hair and making it feel rough (but this goes for ANY iron you have anyways) but this iron is great it leaves my hair so smooth and straight for days!! you just cant use it too much and with it my hair doesnt really need touch ups anyways only usually in my front layers b/c it works great!! (if u want absolutely stick straight hair of course) so i definately recommend it!

I bought my first hai iron two years ago. It was my prized posession, but it has broken down on me!! The cord shorted out and began sparking! This is a great iron that i recommended to many of my friends but the lifespan of the iron isn't great. How devastating it was to go out with ugly hair! I have just ordered a SOLIA iron, and hopefully it works better than the hai.

I always had bad luck w/ straighteners and I found this site by accident, when I saw this straightener. Me having coarse, thick, naturally curly hair,I thought I would try it, I have loved it ever since it does a wonderful job, I just tried it on my friend & she loved it too!!

this straightener straightens your hair at first and in a couple of minutes little pieces will curl in or curl out and it doesnt stay exactly straight. also i have to keep brushing my hair cuz it keeps feeling tangled and not very soft. its not a bad straightener, but its not perfect like its hyped up to be. which scares me now...should i buy the chi..should i buy the sedu or the solia...cuz im definately exchanging this one, but i dont want to waste all my time. Why doesnt this straightener work for me??? i duno..because my hair is not even curly!! i thought i already submitted a review, but i guess not, so heres my second one. dont get too excited about the hai 2...because u will be dissapointed.

I bought this HAI iron after waiting a while to buy such an expensive thing. I can't believe it but the cord shorted in my hand. Sparks flew and I acutally have a burn mark on my hand. I called the HAI company and HAI people said they never heard of this and treated me like I had the wrong number. I think HAI people are horrible and I hope HAI company goes under.

This flat iron is excellent. When I first used the iron, I was disappointed - but this was my fault, not the iron's. See, I did not give the iron enough time to heat up. The next time I used it I let the iron heat up efficiently. I cranked the temperature all the way up to 400 degrees. When I used it on my hair, the iron was steaming. My hair looked fantastic. It was very straight. And not only that, because my hair was so straight, it was significantly longer, and that made me look prettier. This is a great iron. Don't make the same mistake I did. Patiently wait for the iron to heat up. It's worth the wait. I say wait a good ten minutes.

This is a great flat iron to invest in even if it is quite expensive, it's so worth it! I have probably spent close to $300 looking for the best flat iron and I've finally found it!

I bought the Hai flat iron and it's not even a year old and the cord shorted out. I don't wind the cord around it cuz that's bad..yet the it is not working like it should. The warranty on it does not cover the cord shorting out just be careful about the flat irons you buy because these guys don't give it a 100% warranty if anything defective happens to it. I won't purchase their's again for the money I plunked down for it.

Wow!The $105 Hai 2 Ceramic Flat Iron is awesome. It turned my thick, dry, poufy, wavy hair into sleek, straight, shiny, smooth hair - the kind of hair I always dreamed of. By the way,I also have the $85 HAI Convertable Ceramic Flat Iron. I think this iron works a little better than the HAI 2. But both irons are great. I love them both.

I have thick curly hair and it was smooth in 1/2 hour. I'm really impressed with the shipping- it got to BC in 2 DAYS!!! I'm also happy that there was no surprize charges when it arrived. I have tried the Chi and I like the Chi better but that was because it was a 1" not 2". I find the 2" a bit too wide. Overall though this is a good investment.

people shouldnt complain that this flat iron dries out your hair or gives you split ends or gets too hot or whatever. if you want your hair straight, you're just going to have to deal with the consequences. also, its not just this iron. any good straighener will have some damaging effects to your hair. its just what us curly haired people have to sacrifice to get our hair straight!
...and yes i do have this iron.. its fantastic!

This straightener is great! I used to have the Hot Tools Professional Flat Iron and I thought it worked fine. But then I bought this one and I was amazed! I have extremely frizzy, thick, wavy hair, and after I straighened it, my hair was shiny and stick straight. And plus, my Hot Tools one took me about 40 minutes to do my hair, and this one only took 15. It's definitely worth the 105 bucks!!

i just got my *new* flat iron and love it! i think that this is the best one out there for the best price! i have thick wavy hair adn this flat iron makes it look totally straight adn somewhat thinner! ONE THING: dont go trying to find a straightner that will make your hair look thin!! sry all you gurls like me w/ extremly wavy hair! BUT this falt iron makes a HUGE difference! you shud seriousoly get it!!! xoxo

ladies....no more searching. this is the flat iron you need! i have gone through 3 other flat irons...all took me about 2 hours to straighten my hair. The Hai 2 takes about 30 minutes. I only have to do a quick touchup once a day. And your hair wont curl as soon as you step outside.

I am completely dissatisfied with the HAI 2 Cermaic Flat Iron. I read so many of the reviews and hoped that it would work for my hair. I figured something that good could give my curly Lebanese hair that soft straight feel without the frizz; instead of doing all that, it ruined my ends horribly and didn't straighten my hair well at well. I would have gotten the bion flat iron or chi instead. If you want great results, DON'T GET THE HAI 2!!!

This flat iron is absolutley amazing! I just got mine this morning. With my old Conair iron, it took me 2.5 hours to straighten my hair, it takes less than half that time with this iron! This iron is amazing, it makes my hair so straight and soft. I would definitely reccomend this flat iron, it's worth every penny.
