This is my third flat iron from Hai 2! I am afriad to try anything else. This flat iron is AMAZING. Turns my thick, frizzy hair striaght and thinner. Thanks!

my daughters are the most happest on earth. They said it take half the time and does a 100% better job than any other conventional straightner. It heats up faster and maintains the heat for the duration of the application. It got here on time and I am very happy for that.

I recommend this hair iron to everyone and anyone. I brought it to college with me and all my friends threw out their inexpensive hair irons and got this one for Christmas. It can straighten anyone's hair and still makes it look healthy. I use it all the time, and I do my own hair.

I BOUGHT THE HAI 2 CERAMIC FLAT IRON FOR MY DAUGHTER-IN-LAW FOR XMAS.SHE LOVES IT. IT GIVES HER HAIR GREAT TEXTURE TO IT AND IS PERFECTLY STRAIGHT. SHE ALSO USES IT ON HER DAUGHTERS HAIR, WHICH IS TO THEIR WAIST. IT STAYS SO NICE. DON'T HAVE TO DO ANYTHING WITH THEIR HAIR FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS. THEY ARE VERY PLEASE WITH IT.
To Heavy And Large For Self Use

I'm sure this flat iron works great but it is to heavy and large for use on self. Weight and size makes it difficult to do back of your own hair. I would recommend using 1 to 1 1/2 inch flat iron.

I really couldnt have asked for a better straightener!!! This one gets out all the curls and the little frizzy fly aways and leaves your hair flawless! I highly reccomend this straightener to anyone who has thick,curly hair! Heats up in just seconds and straightens with ease! BUY IT!!!!

This flat iron is NOT just like all the cheaper ones. I have used flat irons for years and finally have found one that takes all the curl out of my hair! Love it, use it all the time!!
Shorting out

I owned two of these. After the warranty ran out both of them began shorting out until they went completely out. They were awesome to use and worked execellently until the warranty expired. I would rather spend more and buy an iron that lasts longer.

I bought this flat iron from a local beauty supply and absolutely loved it!!!! That was until it shorted out on me after about the tenth use... I tried to return it to the store, they wouldn't take it back, mostly likely I'm thinking because this happens a lot? They said I had to contact "HAI". Well I have had no such luck. They have an answering machine set up that they obviously never check. I have yet to receive a call back, and it's been a month. I guess all I can do is keep trying??? NOT WORTH $150!!!!

This flat iron the gift from god for people with frizzy, curly, unmanageable hair! It will make your hair flatter than you have ever seen it! I live and swear by it!

I bought this product based on the other reviews I had read and I'm so glad I did. After buying 4 cheapy little flat irons for around $20-$30 each at local beauty supply stores, and having no luck with any of them, I finally splurged and bought this one. I wish I hadn't wasted my money on the others and just bought this one instead. It works so well! The irons heat up quickly, stay hot and straighten after only one or two passes and it doesn't grab my hair (I was losing or breaking quite a bit of hair with my previous purchases). This is one of the best purchases I've ever made - I recommend it highly!!!

I love it. I have really thick hair, and this leaves it stick straight and it doesn't make the ends looking burnt. Only problem is that you can't use it in Europe without a huge converter. But seriously, foofy haired people need to buy this now.

i bought this iron and i bought a vidal sasoon one for about 75 dollars cheaper....same model...same quality. Just go to target and buy the vidal sasoon one guys.... its the same thing!!!!!

I bought this iron about 2 years ago and it's still working great. Heats up very quickly, leaves your hair super smooth and straight. I love this iron. Caution: It gets very, very hot so use carefully. One of the best irons out in the market. In fact it was recommended by my hairdresser.

I had a sapphire and the cord got frayed right away and only lasted a year. I love this product since it has a control and heats immediately and the cord swivels It is the best straightener that I have had yet! and I feel it isn't hurting my hair

My hair is thick and naturally curly. This flat iron is awesome! I put it on the highest setting which is 400 degrees, because of the thickness of my hair, and it still makes it straight and smooth. For extra sleek hair use some type of frizz control serum before you use the straightner.

i have had this iron for a year. so its held up pretty well. i wrap the cord around the iron and ive dropped it many times, and its still works, i even put a dent in it. it does however give you really bad split ends. i get my hair cut every six weeks on the dot and i still have bad split ends. the hai flatiron makes your hair straight but thick. so if you have thin hair then it will work good for you. if you have thick hair get a different straightener. my hair stylist uses chi and i love it, it makes my hair soft and shiny, unlike the hai. i have heard good and bad things about every flatiron, it really depends on the type of hair you have, the products you use, and the way you take care of your iron.
