Can anyone tell me if they have noticed a change in the formula of Grand Finale Ultra Holding Hair Spray? I have used this hair spray for my fine, no body blonde hair for over 5 years and the last batch of hair spray I ordered about two months ago does not hold as well. There seems to be a distinct change in the formula. Has anyone else experienced this?
