Gold'n Hot sucks!

I used to exclusively buy Gold'n Hot products because they were made for black hair. Please. These products are the biggest piece of crap on the market! And when I wrote the company to complain they didn't even bother with a response. I will never, ever, ever buy another Gold'n Hot product as long as I live. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!

Unreliable dryer

When my first Gold 'N Hot Dryer died I thought it was just that particular dryer. But the same thing happened to the next one I got. I probably had it for a couple of years but rarely used it. Then it just wouldn't come on all of a sudden. No burning smell; just nothing. It's not like I just had a spare dryer around so I will definitely be getting a different replacement brand and maybe spend more on it. I will also be checking product reviews first.

Same as the last to reviewers, I turn the dryer on and nothing but a burning smell came from it. Tried to return to store and could not return it. Will be trying to get my money back

The hood is to small if your using flexy rods, the neck needs to expand more.It last a total of two years.

I had the same problem as the first review, I used the dryer no more than 3 times and on the third time it began making a funny sound and then there was a burning smell, the dryer hasn't worked since.
