i am a profeesional hairstylist at a busy salon outside of vancouver, canada. i cannot tell you enough about this iron. it is a god send. it saves so much time and impresses people on how straight and silky their hair is. plus it flips and even curls hair for that perfect "o.c." wavy look. i have used other irons, this is worth it. one major problem---we've had alot, i do mean alot of them break on us, apparently "a bad batch". hopefully this company can improve on this and make a more reliable product in the future. luckily though, mine still works after almost three years of continuous daily usage. (knock on wood)

I used these flat irons on a client of mine who is an african-american woman with a moderate hair texture...got it super silky straight with NO HOT SPOTS! These make the hair so soft and seals it so that it is never dry...wonderful product.
