ONE DAY I WENT TO MY FRIEND HOUSE TO PICK HER UP AND SHE WAS RUNNING ALITTLE LATE LIKE ALWAYS BUT ANYWAYS SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE ONLY HAD TO DO HER HAIR AND THEN SHE WOULD BE READY AND I JUST THOUGHT THAT IT WOULD BE ANOTHER HOUR OR SO BUT I WATCH HER DO HER HAIR AND SHE JUST GOT DONE BLOW DRY HER HAIR AND THEN SHE TOOK HER GLOBAL HAIR STRAIGHTENER AND HER HAIR WAS SOFT FEELING, STRAIGHTEN, SHINE LOOK TO HER HAIR AND LOOK GREAT WITHIN MINUTES. I WAS SHOCK BECAUSE I HAVE A STRAIGHTER AND IT TAKES ME AWHILE BECAUSE I WOULD HAVE TO GO OVER AND OVER WITH IT TO GET MY HAIR LOOKING LIKE HOW I WOULD WANT IT TO AND I PAID OVER $100.00 FOR THE STRAIGHTER THAT I HAD TO REPEAT OVER AND OVER WITH. THEN I STARTED TO ASK MY FRIEND ABOUT THE GLOBAL STRAIGHTERNER AND SHE TOLD ME SHE LOVES IT SO SHE TOLD ME GO ONLINE AND ORDER IT SO I DID AND IT TAKES ME HALF THE TIME TO DO MY HAIR AND IT WORKS GREAT. I WOULD SHARE ALL OF THE INFORMATION TO EVERYONE THAT THIS PRODUCT WORKS GREAT. I THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE GLOBAL HAIR STRAIGHTERNER. IT REALLY MAKES A DIFFERENCE HOW I LOOK TODAY KNOWING THAT MY HAIR LOOKS GREAT BECAUSE OF THIS PRODUCT.

Ok, I have naturl extremely curly and thick hair! I had given up all hope at ever being about to have strait hair with out it being permant, and I love my curly hair sometimes but i do want to be able to do other stuff wiht it. well, i bout straightern after straightern for about 4 years... and yesterday my moma took me to the salon her friend worked at and the lady told me she knew the straightern could straiten my hair! i so didnt beleive her... my mom told her not to let me loook in the mirror till she was done! when she wirled that chair around i about passed out! my hair was so straight and it looked soooo healthy! I got the name of hte straightern and i just ordered it ! you should to!

This is more than a flat iron it can actually curl your hair too!! This thing gets so hot it will do what ever you want it too!! I can go from curly to strait in a matter of minutes! I just love it, can believe i waited so long to get it, it was worth every penny!

My fiancee bought a $24 remmington hair straightener to try to tame her hair and up til now nothing would do it. Our friend instead used a Global Beauty Ceramic Hair Straightener on her hair and now it is so straight I could hardly believe it was her. If you don't believe me....picures don't lie.
Before and after...lol I even have a half way point picture...but they only give you two spots.

My boyfriend bought me this straightener after I fought with a number of other straighteners for about 3 years... It would take me over an hour to straighten my hair, and at the most it takes me half an hour now, and it does a much better job! If you're looking into straigteners I highly recommend this one...

I have wavy hair because for a long time I had been using a $40 Vidal Sassoon flat iron but it really singed my hair to a crisp. I stopped using it for about 6 months, and I went for a routine hair appointment to get a trim. My stylist used the Global Beauty iron after blow drying my hair, and in literally, seconds, my hair was PIN STRAIGHT and completely frizz free! It was really amazing. I am going to purchase one immediately!

I have used so many different straightners and none have done what this one has done. I wanted to straighten my hair for school and I asked to use my friends and only had 30 min. to get it done and I got it done!!! It usually takes 1 hour and 45 min. to straighten mine. So it definitely works great. I recommend it to anyone who wants to straighten their hair! :)

This hair straighner is great i recomend it to anyone, i have thick and really wavy hair and with this hairstraighner my hair get so silky and straight i love it ! i have had it for almost 4 months and its awesome it works fast too it takes me 30-45 minutes get my hair looking straight and so pretty...i recomend to use it because paying what it costs its worth it!!!=)

This hair straightner is the best kind ive ever used. like others, they feel like they're braking your hair, NOT THIS ONE!! it makes your hair perfectly straight in seconds (even thick hair!) and it makes it super shiny!!! i love it!!! not the best pictures but u'll get the point that it works. ( i dont do my hair totally straight though

I have tried several different straighteners on my medium thick, medium textured semi curly hair. I had a Rusk before and it was terribly. This is by far the best! It's light weight and easy to use, but straightens the hair perfectly. I can even straighten my hair in the humid summer months with this guy! Highly reccomended!

A few years back my new hairdresser used a hot iron on my hair. I really liked the results and searched to find the best hot iron to use at home. I chose the Global Beauty based on all the good reviews here at the time. I have been very happy with my choice.
I went to Europe last year and was disappointed that my iron did not work at all with their electrical systems. The iron became so hot that the plates fell right off. I was very disappointed and thought I would have to throw my iron away. I was very happy to find, that after my husband put the plates back on, my iron has been working like new for the past 8 months. I hope it last for many months more because I really love my Global Beauty Iron.

My hair is really thick and curly and it took an hour to straighten with my chi straightener. With the Global Beauty straightener my hair was straight in 25 minutes. Folica has a great price for this flat iron. Trust me, the Global Beauty flat iron is a worthy investment.

I was shopping for a new flat iron. I was interested in the sedu revolution 2009 model.But the price ($139)did not fit into my budget.
I notice that this flat iron was rated with four and half stars similar to the sedu, so I took a chance and bought it and I was never disappointed.
I am an African American with natural hair (not chemically altered) It gets my hair pin straight at 300 degrees.This flat iron straightens the hair root very well. Do not hesitate buy it. You cannot beat the price.

I have to admit I am really skeptical about products for my hair. I am African American with tight spiral curls- not relaxed!! The only time I can wear my hair straight with minimal frizz is when I pay $50 and it usually starts to frizz after about three days. My roommate, who is a white girl with long thick hair, told me to try her flat iron. I was like ok girl, what works for your hair probably won't work for mine, but I gave it a shot. And I was so happy I did because WOW!! I used the iron with a heat protectant and the results were great... But then I went to a party back in my home town for the holidays and my best girlfriends were like "who did your hair?!?" and they did not believe I did it myself!! And to top it off, my hair starts to curl up at the slightest moisture. But I danced up a storm that night, and was sweating, but my hair STAYED STRAIGHT!!!! it looks flawless in all the pictures, it's amazing. so now I'm hooked and I just bought my own and am awaiting it in the mail!! I'm excited!! So if you are having any thoughts about this product, don't. I did, and was amazed with it!!!

I really love this product. I did get a short in the cord and I need to buy a new one. I had a habit of wrapping the cord around the iron before I stored it. I've just read on this site that it is suggested not to do that. So, I'm assuming the short was caused from my wrapping the cord. I'm planning on buying another one, same brand.

I have had mine for almost six years and use it almost every day. I even accidentally leave it on all day while Im at work! I would suggest that, however its still going strong. I went to go buy another one the other day thinking that mine had to be wearing out after six years...NOPE, the new one didnt do any better!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about my flat iron because it is the best thing I have ever bought, until this morning when it went out on me. It has an elctrical short in the plug and since I have had it a little over a year I cannot get it replaced. I sure can't afford to buy a new one. I am hoping it could be repaired. On hte other hand it really is the best.
