need the Gena Crystal Creme???
I love the system and fixed the pads with double sided carpet tape, but I am almost out of creme and can't find it anywhere. Does anyone know where you can get it? Sally doesn't carry this anymore and that's where I bought it. I see lots of sites that carry the whole system, but I haven't found the crystal creme as a stand alone product anywhere.

I can't get the pads to stay stuck.
The facial pads will not stay stuck to the applicator. Is anyone else having that problem.

Try cleaning the surface you stick the pad to with rubbing alcohol before applying the pad. Pads may not stick if there's even a slight trace of soap/oil that makes the adhesive fail. Good Luck!

I am having the same problem. I have tried alcohol, nail polish remover, soap and non-permanent glue; the pads still don't stick!I thought the first batch of pads I received were defective so I purchased a new package of pads; now the adhesive from the pad stays on the plastic disc and the foam falls off!!Otherwise, I love the system when I can get the pads to stick. I am going to try the two sided tape suggested as one of the solutions.

Keeping the foam applicator on the resurfacing tool.
Can't figure out how to keep the pads on the resurfacing tool. Pulled off the paper backing but won't stick. Any suggestions?

Try going to a picture framing shop and ask for the double sided tape. This is a 3m product and works wonderful.
