i got this straightener, hearing it was the best one in the UK, and then i got my hair cut really bad at a salon, and, the lady couldnt conrtol my frizz, so she put allot of defrizz gunk in it, i couldnt even comb my hair, so i decided to straightene it, and my hair ruined the straightener, so be careful, this iron does make beautiful curls. now residue covers the plates ripping my hair, i am now getting a sedu 1 1/2 inch
