This GHD IV iron is simply brilliant. I've had it for over 2 years now and haven't faced even a single problem with it. It straightens my otherwise wavy and frizzy hair instantly, in one run! It heats up super fast and just at the right temperature and maintains it. Previous to this hair iron, I had tried about 3-4 other brands but none worked as well as this one does. It's a highly sturdy product, and it's got universal voltage so I can take it all over the world as I travel. I bought this product right off the GHD website but 3 of my friends bought it from Folica.com after seeing my iron and they got a better deal. But I recommend this product to every person out there, it's great for straightening and styling curls and flips.
