MK4 or MK3?
Is MK4 a lot better than MK3?The only difference I see is that MK4 can work anywhere in the world. But how does it work exactly? Does it work in countries like China where they use 220V? What's the main difference between the MK3 and MK4 model?

No manual adjustable temperature but the iron auto adjusts a thousand times a second (or so they say!)

I believe the original poster's question was, can the user adjust the temperature to a level that is appropriate for her hair texture/type. When the manufacturer mentions temperature adjustment, they mean maintaining maximum temperature. It doesn't appear to be user adjustable. That is the only thing holding me back from buying it.

Short hair
Will the ghd styler work on my short hair? I have a modified spike do and I use the CHI volumnizer now but wondered if the ghd styler might be better.

Plug type
I am in Canada. Does this plug fit right into the electrical socket or do I need a special adaptor. I know it is designed to work with our voltage but that doesnt say anything about plug type.
