I tired this after my friend gave me some of her's to try. I have completed one bottle and has ordered another. It is so awesome of the glow in my skin and the softness, my hair no more shedding (wow) and nails they grow so fast I had to take my acrylics off. my nail tech said why your nails grow so fast now I told her about the product she said she was going to try it. I can say I'm impressed I just wish it could come in a Liquid soft gel easy to swallow.. I will keep everyone posted....

I had to stop taking these I tried them for about three weeks and stated having problems with dry hair and my nails started to split I wanted to finish them but could not they were not right for me.It has been about 4 weeks since I stopped and I'm back to my normal Good luck

i have been using this product for a little under a month and my skin looks and feels amazing. I have had bad acne and my facial wash only did some of the job, when I started to take the vitamins along with using my facial wash i noticed a difference in a week and a half. I can't really tell you about my hair because it is in braids but I will keep you posted. My nails even look healthier. I am going to be starting my second bottle soon so I will tel you guys how that goes.

I've been using this product for about 3 weeks now. My nails have grown very strong, and thick, and the tips very white.. they look the best they've ever looked! I haven't noticed a real difference in my hair or skin but I'm going to keep taking them because I think those benefits come after taking them for a while.

I've been taking these vitamins for a few weeks now and so far there is no difference in my hair that i have noticed but my skin feels much smoother and my nails are growing in thicker and stronger. Overall, this is a good product so far for the price!

I am on my second bottle, and my hair is growing like grass! I am an African American female, and my stylist (and I) are amazed with how fast my hair is growing. It's also much shinier, and has less breakage. I haven't seen a big differnce in my nails and skin yet, but hopefully I will by the end of this bottle.

when I started taking them, my nails started to split, the top layer was coming away from the bottom layer! I've stopped taking them and my nails are getting better. I'm not 100% sure that this was the vitamins, but I didn't change anything else.

When I started using this product, I noticed a difference my nails at first. They started to grow really long. My hair took nearly 2 months before I notice the length. My skin is more pinker and looks healthier. Great product for such little money!!!!!!! My only problem is that it takes a while but it's a resonable time though.

I started taking futurebiotics about a year ago, and within a month of taking the pills I noticed my nails starting to grow really long. It took a while for me to see the difference in my hair but after a few months I noticed the difference the pills started to make.

i started the vitamins a week ago today and already my fingernails are stronger and have grown rapidly. i feel more energized and my hair looks healthier and shinier. thanks guys for such a great product.

I started taking the vitamins right away and feel great. Since I purchased shampoo and vitamins for thinning hair I am not sure exactly which is working the best. I do know that these vitamins do not leave an after taste as many do. I have noticed my finger nails are stronger so something is working.
