I Take 2 pills 3 times a day, I was thinking about starting out with 1 3 times a day and see if it works. But I nevered tried 3. I guess because my friend was only taking 2.2 works well for me 3 might be amazing.

Why so much more then daily value??
Why do the Thiamin 667%, Riboflavin 558%, Vit. B6 500% and others have so high a daily value??????
