I bought this shampoo and conditioner like a month ago it didn't really even do anything. It just somewhat washed my hair it did make it sorta soft but not really. I regret buying this. DONT BUY IT ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE POOFIE,FRIZZY,CURLY HAIR! (like me) SO DONT BUY IT.

I wouldn't be able to live without a straightener if it weren't for John Frieda Straight Ahead Shampoo! I've always had frizzy wavy hair, and always have to straighten my hair. I straighten it so much that I can get it to be board straight and glossy. My hair is perfect when I've striaghtened it because it doesn't grease. Now I never have to straighten it to feel better! I've always wanted to keep my waves without the frizz but have never been able to do that without straightening it first and then curling it. I didn't notice much difference until about a month into using it when I could sleep in my wet hair and it dried perfect! This is an amazing product. You MUST BUY IT if you have frizz!!!!
