This product added more fuzz and poof to my hair. It was too thick and greasy. The scent is also gross. Did not do anthying good for my hair.
Is it REALLY john freida??

My dad [who use to be a model] told me for my thick wavy/curly ultra frizzy hair, to use john freida products. He's black, and said it worked on his hair when he modeled for there hair shows. So i bought this product for when i straightened my hair. I live in a very humid place.. So i straightened my hair and went to school...as SOON as i get to school i check my hair and i saw it frizzed with lots of flyaways. So i put some of that goop in it...let's say next period i was even more mad. It sucked! After it dries it just let's it frizz more and more...VERY dissapointed. My dad said may b they changed there products..

I've been looking for a product like this! Almost every single hair product only works on wet hair. But the thing is, when my dries, it gets a little bit frizzy and dry no matter what I put it in while its wet! So, I use this when it dries and it makes my hair SO SOFT and SO SHINY! I love it! It eliminates frizz INSTANTLY!
I bought this at CVS, but it's cheaper here.

This stuff is so awesome. After straightening my hair, I put it through and it makes my hair stay soft after the drying effects of the straightening. I would recommend this to anybody because it is a great buy and it works just as well as pricier products for a way better price. :D

I have medium length hair..below the shoulders. This week I have put a lot of John Frieda's products to the test. It has been HOT and HUMID in Milwaukee. My hair has held up. When I use this. I put in my hand rub together. tip my head over and work from the back to the front, putting it on the ends also. I even wrote to the company to tell them how much I loved this product. Gives it a nice finishing touch.

I have very fizzy hair even after getting all split ends cut off. this stuff is the only thing that helps me to have nice smooth hair. I love it and its so easy to use. Just smooth and small amount into your hair and its amazing!! I couldn't live without it!!

I absolutely love this product. I have naturally curly hair that I blow dry the curls out of as well as color, so you can imagine how dry and frizzy it can get. But once I have finished drying I just add the Secret Weapon and all my frazzled ends are tamed and my hair just kind of goes right into shape. I highly recommend this product to anyone with dry or frizzy hair problems.

I have very fine and thin hair so many haircare finishing creams are to heavy and leave me looking greasy :(. So sometimes when i don't have any biosilk i will use this stuff. It works just the same and its cheaper. The only downside is that sometimes throughout the day i get a bit of frizz back but i am able to reapply it without a greasy look.

I have very coarse, thick, frizzy hair and I use this product after I flat iron my hair and I love it. I use it sparingly each day. I do agree your hair must be completely dry to use it. It does not leave your hair greasy either. This keeps my hair in place and elimanates the frizz.
Did they change the formula? Used to be great, now just okay.

I used this product a couple years ago, and LOVED it. I really felt like it worked miracles - I have quite fine, naturally curly hair which I always straighten, and this immediately eliminated any frizz and flyaways. I could apply it several times in a day (sparingly) and my hair did not get greasy or sticky. I had switched to another product (which worked well and could be applied to wet or dry hair) but just bought this again, as the store was out of the other product. I am very disappointed... did they change the formula? It seems more liquid-y than before, and stickier. I'm also sure it smells different. It does not work as well at reducing frizz, and leaves a somewhat sticky coating on my hair. I wonder if there is a different Canadian formula or something? The last time I used this, I was living in the United States. In any case, I would recommend it as an okay product for someone without serious frizz problems, but I am nowhere near as enthusiastic about it as I used to be.

Ok. I used this on my hair after striaghtening it and I did not see a differance at all other than it making my hair sticky and hard to brush. I would rather not use any porducts apossed to using this. Definatly not worth the money.

I don't suggest using the whole system (maybe that is why people have found this product to weigh down their hair), especially after the serum (great product alone, I say).
The Secret Weapon is a great fixer-upper for hair emergencies!
I totally recommend it!

I love this product! Now, IT WON'T DO WONDERS. However, if you have a good straightener then this is a great product to top it off! I also use biosilk after.

I think the key is to only use a little bit, at least that would be my response to some of the similar not-so-good reviews i have seen here. This is part of my regular routine now and I love it. i also use the hair serum, but not every day.

I have curly, frizzy, incredibly thick and dry long hair. The key to this product is to only use it when your hair is completely dry, and to use very spare amounts, avoiding the roots. It completely refreshes my curls and makes my hair look just-styled, even after sleeping on it all night. I wish it didn't smell so perfumey, but that's just a little quibble. This is one of my hair essentials.

I am an african American with long frizzy thick hair and I am not happy with this product. My hair is still frizzy and does nothing that I can tell. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Totally love this, I have thick puffy coarse hair that stick right up when it's short, this product help to tame it down, but if you have long hair I would recommend this product as it won't do anything but to make you hair greasy.
