Directions: For best results begin with shampoo. After shampooing, squeeze out excess
moisture. Apply conditioner and distribute evenly, from roots to curly ends.

I have super curly hair that gets into horrible tangles. I have used LOTS of different conditioners but this is the only one that allows me to brush my hair without crying ripping a ton of it out! In the shower, I brush with a wide tooth comb/pick while this conditioner is in my hair. Then i use John Frieda frizz serum when i get out, which really separates my curls and makes them glossy. It also keeps my hair from frizzing when I straighten it. This is my absolute FAVORITE hair product ever.

This product is very good. My hair type is very thick, frizzy, curly, and coarse. Afro texture hair, result, very soft, define locks!!

I dont buy this to curl my hair any...which it doesn't do that. But it is very moisturizing and is my all time favorite shapoo and conditioner.
