I have been using this eyelash curler for at least 4 years. Needed a new one so I searched all the web to find the same one, but only now it is a different color. I wouldn't know what to do if I didn't find it in folica.com. Thank You

I have had very bad luck with this product. From the very start I have had to replace batteries every month. I sent my original purchase back to the company with my complaint and they were good enough to send me a replacement.
Unfortunately the replacement has not performed any better and as of today it has stopped working all together.

I use cosmetics every day for my work and I'm in the public eye. I've tried every product on the market so I'm a makeup product Queen! I used to heat my metal eyelash curler with a hairdryer or run it under hot water to heat it up. This battery operated device seemed great. However... the back of the device has a bit of an edge or a ledge that doesn't allow the ends of the lashes to curve up naturally. If you are looking in the mirror at your eye while you are using the device you will see the edge. That edge prevents a great curl! DESIGN FLAW! Mine actually shorted out and also cracked. Probably not sturdy enough for someone who uses it several times a day. They are off to a good start but need to design it better!

Gee guys...I bought this from QVC several years ago and love it. As a "seasoning" woman whose eyes are starting to suffer from gravity, I find it does the job and works better than manual curlers on my long lashes. I use it twice per eye and my lashes perk right up. In fact, I was searching the Internet to replace the one I wore out!

THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT PUT ANY KIND OF CURL IN LASHES!! WHEN USED THE LASH STAYS THE SAME WITH OR WITHOUT PRODUCT.

It does not work AT ALL!!!! I tried it over and over and NO curl what so ever!!! Really, it just does not work.

I bought this product at Walgreens.
Before I bought it, I always curled my eyelashes with a normal (non-heated), cheap eyelash curler, which always worked very good.
I've tried to curl my eyelashes with the Hot Touch for 2 days but it didn't work at all!
I was totally unsatisfied with the product; it doesn't curl your eyelashes. Actually, it doen't do anything. Yes, it gets hot, but that's all. It doesn't curl.
I've brought it back to Walgreens and said that this product was totally unuseful. Fortunately I've got my money back. Don't buy this: you waste your money. The normal, old-fashioned (non-heated) curlers are much and much better!
