Enough suction to handle large nose pores.... AND enough suction to leave you with large red spots if you do not follow instructions and keep the Pore Cleanser moving over moistened skin. After 4 months of using this product immediately after an exfoliation treatment, I can recommend it.

I have oily/dry skin and plenty of blackheads. When I saw this in a store in our local shopping area I thought this was a miracle for people with blackheads as bad as I have them. It's kinda like putting a weak suction vaccum on you're face. Nothing was sucked out,it pretty much just moved around my face and made it red.

My friend and I love this product. The suction is sufficient and, as long as you use it on your nose (and not on flexible skin such as that on your check), it is great at removing blackheads.

I tried it and there is absolutely no results, to me its wasted money, i have white heads and I thought that would be the perfect result.My face was red and the white heads was still looking at me, I even use steam to open my pores to help the 30 something dollar product. There is pulling with no work, and whats really good with the nose cup? the whole thing is a mess. People save your money. and go to the spa.

I've just received mine and have very sensitive skin, so I'm very careful with it.....my hubby used it but it makes bruises on his face where he took some white heads out and his hide is tougher then my poor old skin.............I didn't have marks but I can't see anything coming out, and I have to agree with some others that the nose cup should be shapped differently, and a better way to clean it out to have better hygeine...........I do not have many blemishes ever, but thought it would be better then pinching them out myself when I do get one.

I tried this product and it does not work. It has poor suction ...Maybe if this product had a more smaller suction tube it might work....I would not recommend this product....
Works after facial steaming but left me with bruises!

This product does manage to lift some blackheads out, but it isn't amazing! I used it on my forehead and it gave me a massive bruise near my eye - look like I had been punched!

This thing couldn't suck the jelly out of a donut!! Even following the instructions precisely: use immediately after a hot shower or facial sauna, ensure pores are open & face is wet. The two AA batteries it uses are worth more than product! Seriously, DO NOT BUY THIS!!

I bought this product for me and my husband and liked it, But it has 4 major flaws 1. The instructions aren't all that great 2.the suction needs to be a little more stronger 3. it needs to be a little bit more durable 4.It should contain a seperate unit for all the muck to go because the way it is now, their is no way to really clean the unit without getting the inside of the mechanism wet, which will ultimately cause the unit to malfunction. if you cant clean it properly then all that bacteria is going find it's way back to your skin GROSS!and your back where you started from.

I would not use this product too often because it might have an adverse reaction on the skin. The pull(suction) is so strong that if not properly used, it can loosen the skin's elasticity. It kinda' feels like it does more damage than good. I can't really tell if it really cleans my pores because I use it only after a workout(excessive sweating) or a steam facial. Otherwise my pores would be too tight for this product to "lift" anything. AND the "nose cup" is really too bulky and shaped in such a way that it's basically useless. What good is a pore cleanser if it can't be used on the nose? Of course all this is my opinion but i'm sure my dermatologist/ aesthetician would agree. I would rather go to a spa/ skin care center and get proper facial treatment. This product is unsatisfactory. But if you plan to use it, make sure you use it properly to prevent damage to the skin and test it on your arm to get a feel of the suction.
