i just started taking this today. but i would really love if someone who has been on it for longer write a reveiw!! anyway it was cheap and has so much biotin and foltic acid in it (both super great gor hair growth!) in it so i bought it. actually it has 600 mcg biotin and foltic acid in it. i just took the two pills and they taste really horrible! but you get over it in a second and their also very large so you can NOT take HUGE pills dont take this. im crossing my fingers! also it contains soy. but its gluten, yeast, and lactose free. ill write back if i see results! =]
