I have never thought my hair could ever be straightend! I have used flat irons that you buy from local stores and they always left my hair poofy, frizzy and brittle. Until one day I was searching the net for professional flat irons and I came across this one. I read the reviews and saw the other girls how their hair was before and after so i thought this has to work for me. Now I am hooked I love straightening my hair. This straightener definately works!

I got this pouch free with my Sedu and I like it enough that I'm thinking about ordering another just because usually when you like something they discontinue it. When I first got my Sedu, it almost fell of the counter and I burned my fingers pretty bad grabbing for it. Now I use the pouch to lay down the iron while styling my hair. I think it works great to store the iron in as well.

Like most people ordering a flat iron or other heat tool I didn't have a place to store it so I was happy to see that with my solia iron this was a free gift.
I like that it's also a mat and a bag. So when I'm straightening my hair I have a place to set it down. I don't believe it's meant to store your cord in with it so I wrap it around the case and Velcro it shut. Also to the reviewer that left that as a negative aspect should know that wrapping your cord around your flat iron tightly is bad for it.

I wouldn't say this item is very good. It doesn't even have enough room for the cord and the big, heavy plug of a iron so when the little piece of velcro is stuck together, it feels like it's going to burst open and everything spilling out. The material is very bad and leaves a painfully large amout of little black pieces of it where ever its placed. It also looks very cheap. I wouldn't even be able to take it out when there are people around. The better ones would have a water proof layer of fabic or atleast a thick fabric overtop and would still be the same price.

Very good idea, useful product. Lightweight material. Effective at blocking heat. I was really impressed. A must-have for any flat-iron user.

Bought 2 of these mat/pouches to tote my curling iron and flat iron for a vacation. These items fit easily in the sleeve pouch. (I use a 2 inch flat iron and similarly large curling iron.) The cords rolled and wrapped then velcroed in the mat portion and closed into suitcase, counter or drawer (even when still warm as the cord is safely tucked away from heating element). The mat feature is nice as it protects the counter surface from potential heat damage. Worked so well that I continue to use it when I returned from my trip.

This is absolutely a must if you have a flat iron. It allows you to pack your iron anywhere...the gym, work!

I travel a lot and I use my flat iron quite often and when I am finished using the iron, I know that I can pack the flat iron up immediately and not worry about burning other items packed in my suitcase or bag. At home, I always lay the flat iron on the pouch, and just in case I forget to unplug the iron, I know that my countertops will not be damaged!!

This pouch is really great, especially if you are traveling and need to put a hot iron in your luggage. It worked out great for my last trip. My bathroom counter is tile, but if it wasn't it would be a lifesaver for laminate.

i got this for free when i bougght a straightener and i was like great their something im never going to use, but one day i left my iron lying on one of my clothes and it was still on i lifted my iron off and right in the midle of one of my favorit shirts was a large burnt v mark, so i took our the mat and now i alway place my iron on the mat when im straightening my hair and when im finish i put in the puch so it wont colllect dust and wont burn anyone.It work soooooo good.i love this thing!!!

After buring our carpet in several places, I bought this pouch and it is awesome. I can rest assured it is safe when using the iron, and when traveling, it's sfe to put it right in the pouch and pack it in your suitcase. I love it!
