I have been using facial flex for 5 months and I think it is just great. People say I look really well and that my cheekbones seem higher.I have noticed my lines I had around the eyes have improved and the puffiness, and the marriott lines at the side of the mouth are barely visible. It is fun to use and I use it only once a day, when exercising I hold the position for a count of 15 and find this speeds up the process for results. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to look younger, it really does work.

Using more than one Flex band at a time

I was told by the manufacturer that if you use more than one Flex Band at a time, it could break the Facial Flex. Do it at your own risk!

For people who have been working with the facial flex for at least a few weeks, I found it really effective to use two or sometimes even three bands at once - it maximises the firming effect considerably- at least in my experience. I would advise using the maximum 14 oz with 6 oz bands, then when the muscles become used to it (took me a few weeks), move on to 14 oz plus 6oz plus 8oz - and so on. Obviously dont overload your facial flex or over strain the muscles, it should be a comfy experience.

I bought the Facial Flex not for cosmetic reasons, but for strengthening the facial muscles a trumpet player uses in his/her embouchure. I started about 2 weeks ago and has made me a stronger trumpet player I can play better and longer.
