Piece of Metal with resistance

I bought 2 set of this, one for myself and one for my mother. My mum in 60 years old, and has lost her original Facial Exercise tape which did wonders for her face. This was going to be a replacement for that.
Here are is what you get:
- for $50.00 you get a 2 pieces of mettle bound by a rubber band. It has some resistance, and you can feel it. However, there are lot of tapes out there you can do the same thing without paying 50.00.
-There is no exercise to the eye or forehead area.
-Videotape simply has instructions to circle your mouth and back using the mettle piece. No other exercise.
I know my mum got rid of lot of her wrinkles around the eye by using the instructions from her previous tape.
I hope this feedback would be useful for someone who is looking for something that is very effective for your overall look.
I must also note that I have been folica customer for about 3 years and this is the first time I am planning to return a product.

I'm a 45 year old male and it's been over four months since I started using this. I use it once in the evening and once in the morning. I have my own way of using this product. I do three sets of around 200 reps each and right now I have 5 rubber bands on at the same time. The results are nothing short of a face lift. Someone where I work just told me that I look younger and that I am aging remarkable well. I just laughted to myself because I can see the difference big time. After say the third month I noticed that it even affects the area around my eyes as well. The whold face starts to tighten up. It's an awesome thing and the best fifty bucks I ever spent.

I have only been using the facial-flex for two weeks but I can feel the workout on the muscles and the face cream is really lovely. I am trying the 14oz bands this week as I think my more mature face could use the extra workout but I think it will be necessary to start low and increase the number of repititions slowly so as not to strain anything. Because this works from the inside out and deals with the underlying cause of saggy features I think it is well worth the litle effort involved.
I'm guessing they're just not sheep

I'm a scientist. My wife is a scientist. (Although neither of us draw our salaries from the plastic surgery industry.) In our late 40's, both of us were noticing subtle changes in our overall facial structures. We've both been using this product for 5 weeks now and have measured marked improvement in tonicity and response.
For those of you who can see beyond a single syndicated article (and are not naive enough to believe everything you read), congratulations. You are not sheep. In keeping with true science, you decided to try it for yourselves. It appears we're all finding positive results. Imagine that!

I have only been using this product for 3 weeks and I can already see an improvement in the shape of my face - a few people have already said that I look good, but not for any specific reasons - maybe I seem more confident because I feel I look younger - I know it's hard to believe but my jaw was definately starting to sag and I have now seen an improvement. I was considering cosmetic surgery but I don't feel I need to travel that particular path now - and all this from just 2 lots of exercise twice a day! Thankyou

I began using the facial flex on April 1. 2x a day for 2 minutes @ 60 reps per minute. On April 21 I was told that I look 30. On April 28 two people commented on how well rested & thinner I looked. I have been getting the same amount of sleep as always & have not lost any weight, and the pouches at the corners of my mouth do appear less prominent. I can only conclude that the facial flex is working. I have now bumped up to 85 reps 2x twice a day with the 8 oz bands. Will try to update in another month or so. BTW I'm 49. :)

So, here's what happened...I began using the ffu on april 1st. Last week someone said I look 30 (I'm 49) and today april 28th my accountant said I look "well rested" & the teller at my bank ,whom I have't seen in about 3 wks asked if I had lost weight because my face looks thinner or something looked different about me, hmmm is it the Facial Flex? I think so. Yippee!!!

I've been using the Facial Flex Ultra for 3-1/2 weeks now. I'm only 32, but had noticed a slight softening of the tone of my face - the jawline and everywhere being less firm. I also had these tiny pouches near the corners of my mouth that I assume were caused by sagging skin. Although my facial problems are slight, I definitely noticed them.
I've been keeping careful track of progress with the Facial Flex. After the first use, I could feel fatigue in the face from using muscles I wasn't aware of before. After three weeks (had worked up to 2 sets of 85 reps), the pouches at the sides of my mouth are smoother, and an added bonus I was not expecting but am grateful for - my before-thin-lips are plumper now! My face overall is a little firmer. I can touch my jaw and feel some muscle there, kind of filling out the skin that was a little slackened before. The results are subtle, but there. As I mentioned, I've only been using it less than a month, so I gradually should see more improvement. The brochure for the Facial Flex said that on average, improvements will be seen in 2 months.
I believe I'm seeing some quick results because of my age and the fact that my facial sagging was not that bad to begin with. Every week I'm increasing the number of reps I do. I will try to update when I hit the 2 month mark.

OK, I have now had this for 8 weeks, and it definately works. I used to see it around and would actually laugh at it because, I thought that it was a joke. No way, did I think that I'd end up buying it, and that it would actually work.
I love it. When you get it, it is in a nice case that you can take any place, and no one would know what you had it. It also comes with a 6 months supply of little flex bands in 6oz and 8oz resistance. You can also buy the 14oz resistance. I started with the 6oz resistance for a few days, but I wanted more so I went to the 8oz, this is perfect for me. You change them once a week because they will be stretched from use.
The reorder information and extra bands are in the case and, the shippment is very fast. I've ordered a extra pack of the 8oz. The cost was $7.00, I gladly paid that.
I actually noticed a little change the first time that I tried it & now 8 weeks later, I'm a very happy camper.
The really cool part about it is, when I'm busy, I can still use it, I just pop it in my mouth and do the exercise when I'm watching TV, on my computer or whatever. I use it longer than the recomended 2 minutes, no problem.
OH yes, the video that comes with it will show you how to use it, while I was watching the video, I also noticed the doctors face that was talking about it, from the looks of him, he uses it too.

Since I am a weightlifter that enjoys changing my physical appearance, I immediately understood the value of a device that tones the facial musculature! In 2 weeks(doing double the recommended repetitions with 8 oz bands), my neck sagging lines and flab is at least 65% improved. I am blessed with little or no facial wrinkles or sagging except for a smile line on the left side of my mouth. Altho it has not changed yet, I am giving the next 6 weeks everything I have got!

I found the facial flex easy to use and ideal for fitting into your normal morning/evening routine.
There is no mess and nothing complicated my face does feel firmer after just 1 weeks use.

One more thing. The cream supplied along with this device is really great. Continous use for just few days under the eyes eases the prominent wrinkles! I use the cream solely and sparingly for under eye and creases on my forehead.

I have only used this product on and off. I have a very prominent deep laugh lines becuase of my extremely rounded cheeks and filled face. Though I am an extremely slim person, my face looks like to belong to a person at least twice my weight. When ever I use this device for continous 3 weeks or more, the muscels under the nose area and around the mouth firm up decreasing the 'depth' of the lines. The whole face looks toned up and brighter too.
However, care should be taken to do the exercises properly. I tend to do them while working on my computer and I am constantly looking down rather then keeping the chin stretched out. Due to this I noticed a faint crease above the upper lip similar to the wrinkling of mouth area of very old people!
Overall great product as it really delivers but requires effort which is something difficult for a lazy person like me.

I've used this product for around a month solid now, and have been pretty faithful about it. I'm a 42 year old man trying to improve that slightly saggy, tired look from eyes down to mouth and a slight double chin. I can honestly say that to date I am seeing more difinition in the cheek area and jawline, and the flesh feels tighter. At this rate, I have every reason to believe that with continued use I'll be seeing more dramatic results in coming months. Perhaps not the answer to under eye problems, but definitely works for the mid face areas most of us care about, as well as the jawline and chin area. If you'll commit to the program, which is NOT difficult, suspect you'll be pleased with results, but it WILL take a little time!

I only started using this product in January of this year but certainly notice a tightness after use.
I am hoping so much that, like the reviewer Catherine, I shall notice improvement in jowels and neck in another month .. I am optimistic and use this device every day.

I have been using facial flex for seven years with unbelievable results.....I noticed facial "jowls" about eight years ago....needed to do something....found out about facial flex from a relative....purchased it; used it faithfully everyday and I (and others) noticed the improvement and this is just within a month...my dentist even made a comment about my "strong" cheeks! I will continue to use this product for years to come! Thank you!!!

I bought this product last year and have been using it quite consistently- I lead a hectic lifestyle so its not possible to use it every single day. However, I saw visible changes in the first week- perhaps becayse my skin isnt 'saggy' as such but needed to be better toned- to this day, my skin tone has improved drastically and my my face feels 'tighter'- I can actually feel my muscles :) Regarding the reviewer before me complaining about the lack of negative reviews, as far as I know, we're all ordinary people seeking products from any company that promises quality- I for one have no reason to advertise this product for the sake of it- it has a very simple philosophy behind it which can be understood even before the product is bought and it works just as advertised. It's an excellent product and I highly recommend it:D
Great for building cheek bones

I'm a 35 year old male and used Facial Flex on and off for a year or so. I noticed I had little to no definition in my cheek bones and that the skin was sagging below my eyes. I knew it wasn't even from age, it's just the way I looked. I started using the facial flex on and off and noticed the improvement. More defined cheek bones, less sag and less dark lines under my eyes and reduced verticle lines between nose and cheek. It only takes a couple minutes a day. I can feel it in my facial muscles afterwards. The only bad thing is that I occasionally get tiny verticle cracks in my lower lip from the stretch and contraction. This happens when my lips are dry.

Why are there no negative reviews? Surely most people are skeptical about "facial exercise" products promising facelift-type results. The "flex" product is rather awkward to use. If it was effective you would probably know about it from friends already.
A trumpet player's best friend

I bought the Facial Flex not for cosmetic reasons, but for strengthening the facial muscles a trumpet player uses in his/her embouchure. It has worked better than I ever expected it would. Unlike many facial exercises that trumpet players have adopted that are static or passive in nature (holding a pencil between the lips), The facial flex requires active manipulation that stretches and contracts a larger grouping of facial muscles. My embouchure muscles have become stronger and more supple. Passive isometric facial muscle exercises often result in developing muscles that are overly stiff and less flexible. Using facial flex has made me a stronger trumpet player with much greater endurance; I can play better and longer. As a side benefit, it doesn't hurt that my 60+ year old face has also taken on a more youthful appearance; it is like taking my face to the gym.
