I have just bought this product and have been using it for about four days. The video tape points out that you have to keep your lips over/on the teeth. You can really feel it in the cheek muscules afterwards. I am 36 and the skin is not saggy/wrinkly, but I started to notice loose jawline. I try to "exercise" twice a day or more if I have time doing 120 repetitions. Hope this helps you. |
Will it work for me?
I am a 70yr old woman, I have never had a face lift but would dearly love to tone up my cheeks and jowls. Would this product work for me? Also does it cause any aches and pains? I have enough pain in my head and neck without adding to it. I don't want to waste 50 bucks on this product if I am unable to use it! Thank you for any information.

Will exercise make lines worse?
I have read that repeated facial movement causes lines and wrinkles in the first place, and facial exercise will only deepen lines. I'm nervous to use Facial Flex, because if this is true, I could make things worse! Any advice?

Yes this product will help because like any other muscle when you us it regularly it tightens,becomes more defined and gets storger. The best treatment for your condition or any muscle condition is exercise because the face is also a muscle. Mobility to muscle conditions is the best treatment. When I researched this product I found it was originally developed for people with your condition, and is now also used for those with TMJ. |
Slim?
Ok, I have "drooping" cheeks and a fat face, will FFU make my face slimmer? Or just more toned?

Yes your face will become slimmer because like any other muscle on the body you use it enough it takes on shape and becomes defined which equals a slimmer muscle even the face. |

Yes this product will help alot because if you use a muscle regularly it will build and it will tighten saggy skin and your face will actually become a little fuller because it will circulate blood flow.The reason why your face is so thin is because of the sagging and as you age thats what happens because the supporting fat decrease as we age and starts to sag which makes the face look so thin. Hello there. I bought the facial-flex product for the same reason Nate did. I used to be overweight and then began doing lots of sports. The weight went away, except for in the cheeks. I've been using my facial-flex regularly for a month now. No real results yet, but I'm still patient. I was wondering if there were any techniques on obtaining that "chisled" face look. Any suggestions? Thankyou!
