Droopy eyes
From what I have seen the facial flex tones the cheeks, jowls and neck but my biggest problem area is my droopy eyelids. Do the excercises with the facial flex help the upper eye area and forehead?

Yes when I started I was working on my jaw and deep laugh line.I also started having the beginnings of hooded eye lids. After exercizing a month I noticed my eye lids was the first visual change. It is now 3 years and I now see my complete lids.Try this :Tilt your head back as you excite your face. Stretch your eye lids open wide, and see the muscles around the eyes flex.Feel the neck pull with each repetition. The Flex is more than I hoped for.I thought I would just try the flex before making a discion in pactic surgery's is a miracle

well you need this exercies Forehead To firm up your forehead place your index fingers just above your eyes and pull down while trying to raise your eyebrows - repeat 10 times Eyes and Crows Feet This ones easier said than done - I've not managed it yet!! - try raising your lower eyelids without moving your upper ones - repeat 10 times EYES Sit with eyes closed and relaxed. Keeping your eyes closed look down and then look up as far as possible. Repeat the facial exercise 10 times. Sit upright with eyes closed and relaxed. Keeping your eyes closed, lift your eyebrows and stretching your eyelids down as far as possible. Keep in this position for 5 counts, relax and repeat 5 times. Sit upright with eyes relaxed and open. Lift your eyebrows while closing your top eyelids until about halfway closed, then open your eyelid wide open until the white of your eye shows over your iris. Sit upright looking with eyes open. Look up then down, while keeping your head still. Repeat 10 times. Then look left and right - repeat 10 times. FOREHEAD Frown as much as possible and try to bring your eyebrows over your eyes while pulling the eyebrows toward one another. Then lift your eyebrow as far as possible while opening your eyes as far as possible as well. Repeat 5 times. Lie on a bed with your head hanging over the edge. Lift your eyebrows as high as possible, with your eyes opening very wide. Relax and repeat 10 times. Sit upright and while bringing your eyebrows down over your eyes, wrinkle your nose as far up as possible while flaring your nostrils. Keep for a count of 10, relax and repeat 5 times. +i do this exercise and they are very effective

Young face?
Hi, I'm 18/yrs old and female. I really want to buy this product because even though I weigh 120 pounds I have a very round face with chubby cheeks. Will this help me, or should I not bother with this product?

I dont know if I can describe it properly in words but its pretty easy to put the bands on ;) Basically, hold the facial flex with the parts which you put in your mouth facing downwards(the bigger ones). Look at the middle where the two little white things are. Now put a band gently around the two white things-which hold it in place allowing it to stretch as you exercise. Hope that helped ;)

Facial Flex versus face exercises?
HelloI recentl purchases a facial flex - I found that it doesn't use the muscles around the neck nearly as much as plain face exercises - which makes me wonder if its actually doing anything! (This is with the 8oz and even 14oz bands) Also, it hurts the corners of my mouth after a minute of so using it - anyone else experience this? Thanks!Maggie

Do you extend your neck out and tilt your face up slightly, as the instructions say? My neck has certainly been helped in the weeks I've been using it. Regarding the corners of the mouth, mine get sore, too, when the bands are new and tight. I don't think it affect the effectiveness of the product or is damaging in any way.

You need to tilt your head back to give more tension than you will feel the pull. It is amazing

Can Facial Flex deepen lines on sides of mouth (nasolabial folds)?
I'm wondering if using the Facial Flex toning method might possibly, as a side effect of building up muscle in the cheeks, deepen the already prominent creases around the outside of my mouth--the nasolabial fold, I think it's called. I'm intrigued by the concept of this product, but would not want to do anything that would deepen those lines. I can understand how use of the Facial Flex could tighten the jawline, neck muscles and cheeks, but how does it affect those unwanted creases? I fear it will build up the muscles on both sides of them, making them even more pronounced. I'd very much appreciate feedback on this issue! Thank you!

I saw someone's review that said to hold your nasiolabal folds outward as you're doing the exercise, and that might help. I do notice that the muscles around it toward the top have firmed somewhat, but also what's happened is that the length as shortened. That is, the lines extending from my nose down to the corners of my mouth, used to run all the way down, but now they stop about halfway. I am going to try holding the muscles and see if that will help get rid of the upper portion, as well.

Can this be used by someone who wears braces?
Can this be used by someone who wears braces, or does this not actually 'touch' your teeth at all? Can someone please explain how this is used? I'm 'thinking' that you put this thing inside your mouth (and make all sorts of silly faces :0) while moving your jaw up and down, or side to side. Am I right..or not even close? (lol) Thanks!

The product doesn't really touch your teeth, but your lips do have to press against your teeth as you do the exercises. It may very well NOT be a good idea if you have braces, since your mouth (especially the upper lip) will be digging into the brackets of your braces...
