I use a flat iron on my hair every day and used other products to protect my hair from the heat and they haven't worked. My hair gets alot of static, would this product help with the static? The other product I use doesn't help with that. My hair now is dry from using the flat iron every day. Question posted by Karen Wed Sep 17 2008 Submit your answer | Reply by Monique

I think once your hair is damaged, it's damaged. I think products can make it look and feel better, but as far as I know there is nothing that will repair split ends for instance. On the other hand, if your hair is just dried out... I believe it will definitely help. It has made my hair awesome. Good luck. | Wet or dry?

Actually, if you are going to flat iron it, put it in when it is dry.
If you are going to blow dry, use it while it's wet. | | Reply by Pam

You can apply it wet or dry, I applied it to dry hair and used just a pea size amount and get decent results, but I bet if I applied it to damp hair and let it set in for 1 minute like the bottle says, you get a more desired affect. | how do you use fhi hot sauce

It is creamy and kind of runs out of the bottle, you just put a little in your hands and work it through your hair, and you can use it prior to blowdrying or prior to flat ironing and it will make your hair incredible in every way! |
