Before I bought the FHI Ceramic Flat Iron, I read the reviews posted on this site. Although I wanted to believe the fantastic claims and rave reviews, I have to admit I remained quite skeptical. I finally decided to purchase the product and hope for the best. After all, I pondered, I can always return it, if it does not work. Surprise, Surprise! It worked and some. My coarse hair is now delightfully straight and I am in "Hair Heaven". It is an excellent product and the service at Folica was also exceptional!

I got these straighteners for xmas and they are the best straighteners i've ever used on my hair. I couldn't wish for more! I have very thich, medium lengh hair and they glide down your hair so smoothly without making that horrible crunching noise. If anyone out there is looking for a decent pair of straighteners these are for you!

I'm an african american female with course, sponge like textured hair. For the first time I can straighten my hair myself without chemical and in less than 2 hours!! I can achieve salon like results and keep it straight for a least a week. I love my new FHI!!
For anyone else out there who wears a "natural" (afro,twists,etc) but would like to straighten their hair from time to time...this IS YOUR IRON!! This is the best investment ever!! It is soooo worth it!!! Enjoy!

Thankyou so much to the person whom made the FHI!! I have owned it now for 3 years and I wouldnt trade it for another it works great leaving my hair really straight. I have gotten all of my friends to buy it and they love it too..Thanks

I've had this flat iron for about 2 years now and it works really good. i would say it works better than the CHI because the CHI snagged my hair some. I'm looking into getting a new one for x-mas to try something new but this one is still working good after 2 years.

FHI Flat Iron it is excellent, but I have very long hair. I think it is not for it.

It heats up fast and it is a good product. Do not buy if you have long hair, it is not big enough. My hair is straight and smooth and I got a sample of the "hot sauce" and that was nice for my hair

This is the best flat iron I've ever used. It's the one my stylist uses on my hair and it is a great bargain from this website. The salon I go to charges almost twice as much for it. It heats up quickly and does a great job. I like the adjustable temp control a lot.

I am a co-owner of a salon and we require all of our stylists to use this kind of flat iron. It's flawless. It heats up fast, cools down fast and straightens just about any hair texture extremely well. I use it every day and I love it! Get this flat iron!!!

I have been using stove flat irons for the past 5 years or so, and it's such a pain. You have to let the irons heat up, make sure they're not too hot. It took forever, and I didn't always like how it turned out. I recently decided to stop chemically treating my hair, and go natural. My beautician recommended this flat iron. I used it to touch up my hair, and it got completely straight. My hair wasn't puffy at the roots, it was bouncy and felt healthy. No more worrying about temperature, because I can just set it and go. I don't even have to use the highest setting. I set the flat irons at about 400 degrees. I'm happy because I can still go up once my perm has completely grown out. These irons aren't that popular right now, but they should be. I'd buy them again. No regrets here.
After researching flat irons on several websites, I decided on the FHI Ceramic Flat Iron based on a review. I'm African American, and Indian American mix and my hair is a few different textures (as are most people of color). I did not want to relax my hair, because I love the option of wearing an afro, especially during the summer. The FHI Flat Iron allows me to have bone straight hair without a perm. I use the setting at a full 450 degrees and I experienced no burning of my har what so ever. I also love the "Hot Sauce" hair protector. I rec'v a sample and I'm returing to purchase a full bottle. Folica is a reliable site to purchase from. I ordered my iron on a Monday and I rec'v it by Wednesday. Excellent service, excellent products.

This is my second FHI flat iron -- the first one lasted me three years and I used it everyday! I have very course, curly hair and this flat iron makes my hair stick straight with amazing texture! I actually think my hair is in better condition now than before! I have tried other flat irons but this is my favorite -- I highly recommend it to anyone who loves not only staight hair, but also hair the shines! This web site is selling the FHI flat iron at a great price -- my first one was double what I paid for here! Thanks folica!
