Does this FHI have the round temperature dial that can be adjusted to various temperatures between 140-450 degrees? Or is it the FHI with the 140-450(On/Off)temperature option?Thanks :)

Per the saleswoman in my local beauty supply store, she uses this flat iron and says it can be used on damp/towel dried hair, but definitely not on wet hair. She uses this iron every day on damp hair & her hair was shiny & silky.
