I usually use the bleach cream, but i dont know if they were out or stopped selling it?? Well i put this product on for the right amount of time and felt no burn. I took it off after 4 minutes... and i still had some remaining hairs left. I used it on my upper lip. It pretty much looks like i shaved my upper lip and there are a lot of hairs left, and some of the hairs are half of what they used to be so it looks even worse. This product didnt completely remove all of my hairs, so now i have to go and pluck them. I would not recomend this product.

This product irritated my skin terribly, leaving red marks and resulted in very little hair removal. I could feel the pain all the way to my jaw bone (I had applied a test amount to my right chin) and now have a tooth that is sensitive to hot and cold which I am convinced is a result of this stuff. DON'T USE IT!!!!

I've used other creams and this is by far the best. As long as you're careful and dont leave it on longer than instructed, you wont wind up with burns. If I start feeling any kind of pain or discomfort when using the product, I just remove it and most if not all the time, the hair is ready to come off anyways! I've experienced the burn a couple times but compared to the many many many other times that it worked just fine, it's so worth it. I love this product and have used it for about 7 years now and would be completely lost with out it!

this by far is the worst experience i have ever had with a facial hair wax, will NEVER use it again.now this is the wax not the regular creme remover, that works wonderful, they were out of it at the store so i figured try the wax... bad idea.. its pretty bad when gasoline wont take this stuff off, it was on my fingers

if you follow directions exactly.. not even leave it for for a second more.. it works great! make sure you put the finishing balm on.. or else your skin gets sooo irritated.. this was the only stuff i could use that doesn't irritate my skin... i love it.. soo worth the price :) i'm literally allergic to everything but this stuff

this stuff worked really good.. i loved it. as do exactly as the directions say.. 1 minute over and you will result in a burn.. and if you don't use the moisturizer.. then yeah you'll have bumps..
but the 2nd time.. i did exactly and it worked wonders

after trying other creams surgi cream is the most gentle I've ever used!Have used for several years now on my extremely sensitive skin. When used as directed it leaves my face smooth and hair free. Doesn't burn or cause any irritation.I would recommend to anyone using a cream hair remover.

I never have problems with this product. I suggest not using it after cleansing your face, but before... that way the oils that have been produced that day protect your skin. Also, exceeding the time will result in a burn... so it's best to follow the directions precisely.

I use to get my face waxed and it would leave my face red and bumpy sometimes, so I tryed this product. The first time using it got all the hair out, but my skin was red. Then as I continued to use it I broke out in bumps and it only got some of the hair. I don't know what to use anymore. But I don't recommend surgi-care.

I WOULDN'T PAY $1 FOR THIS PRODUCT. IT BURNT MY SKIN SOOOOO
BAD THAT I HAD SCABS ALL OVER MY FACE... MY FACE IS SO SORE AND PUFFY.

I have used other facial hair removers and none have irritated my skin. I am not allergic to anything but this product burned my face. I have two red marks from where it was applied even though I left it on for less time than recommended. The cream used after the hair removal, which is supposed to sooth, only further irritated the skin. I was in pain for hours.

the first time i tried on, it worked! it was great!!
after that...didnīt make any difference. sometimes burn my face. because i spent 5 bucks in that, i keep using it, but never changes...

I would not recommend this product to my worse enemy.
I used this and it burned my face so bad it looks terrible.There are scabs all over my face. I would never use this again. I think you should post this on your website it is only fair so that this doesn't happen to anyone else!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have very sensitive skin and it irretated me. The product did its job but I can use it because of my skin. If you have very sensitive skin becareful if you try this product.

I applied this product VERY generously all over my face. Left it on for the directed 6-8 minutes. Spot tested and saw no result. I left the remaining product for about 20 minutes before removing. I got no irritation and no result. Waste of money.

Since this is my first time using a depilatory on my face, I give it 4 stars. Otherwise I would definitely give it 5 stars. It's completely painless and everyone knows I'm a big baby. This product definitely works. I did the test patch and it worked well on me. I have verrrry sensitive skin and it didn't irritate me at all. It even smelled nice. Well, I'll be buying this from now on!

I have been using this product for years. It works great at hair removal for my chin an upper lip, but I have to use nearly everyday because my hair growns very quickly. If you leave on for the recommended time, you can get most of the hair off, but thick, coarse hairs will still need to be plucked. I have tried other cream hair removers, this is by far the best. Don't leave on for more than 10 minutes and use soothing balm to prevent irritation.

I used it for a month now and it's doing okay... the hair grows back in within 2-3 weeks and it grows back in lighter. You have to continue use for a while... and be careful not to leave in past 8 minutes. You will get small cuts on the surface of your skin if you leave it on long. Other than that, I'll say the product is okay.

It removes most of my facial hair and there is no stinging. The finishing balm (included) is a great mositurizer.
