for the price you cannot go wrong. my hair was very damaged from bleaching and i had to cut it short so i started taking the vitamins for about 3 and half weeks now and i can definetly see the shine coming through. its not breaking of as mucha and it looks and feel more healthy overall. well worth my $12 My hair seems thicker, and I really do recommend these pills.
