Best Removal I ever used

I have better results with this Epilator than any other hair removal system I have ever tried. It isn't perfect, the pain is not bad after using it more than once. I use this on under arms, legs and bikini area. The under arm was quite painful the first time only. I had more red bumps at first. I tend to find my legs don't feel smooth but if I shave afterward the smoothness from shaving stays for over a week. I am quite hairy and normally shaved my under arms and legs daily! Now I don't shave my underarms at all and my legs weekly! I do find that epilating take more time but it well worth it. I also own the slim and use it on my face chin upper lip and eyebrows. I think this product would be too large for most of my face although occasionally I do run it over my chin when I am using it on my body. I think the slim grabs the thinner and lighter hairs of the face better.

I was worried about the pain at first but when I tried it, it wasn't as bad as I expected.. I have such sensitive skin that I cant wax, so this is exactually pretty perfect for me.. A lot of my family was actually pretty impressed with the out come of my legs and are looking into possibly buying this product for themselves.. Totally give it 5 stars!

I just got one the other day, and it works GREAT!!!! I feel so much better now about myself, and it did not hurt to muchtho Im used to tweezers. I tweeze everday all day, but with this it was 5 mins and hair was gone. I am so happy with this product. I was starting to look like a man, but now =) YAY!!!!

This epilator was painful and my legs did not feel smooth after spending more time epilating than shaving, so I returned it. Interestly enough, the weeks following I only had to shave once or twice a week...may re-order again...

I am an esthetician and normally wax my legs, bikini and underarms but like the ease and "no mess" way this works. I'd recommend it to anyone that has waxed before but would tell anyone with a low pain threshold to be aware that it's not pain free. Great for someone with thinner legs like me who tends to nick themselves when shaving.

I love using this! I was born cursed with dark coarse leg hair and sensitive skin. It doesn't matter how careful i am when i shave my legs, i always get irritation, and using wax was always inconvenient and messy.
I have a pretty high tolerance for pain so using this on my legs wasn't an issue, though trying to use it on my underarms was a totally different experience, Ouch!
I totally recommend this for the summer! I don't have to worry about hair removal for up to two weeks, awesome for vacations and camping, and my hair keeps coming in finer the more i use this product!

After reading everyone else's reviews I decided to try it...it hurts at first but once you just get over the pain its not bad at all...The hair comes back a little faster than I had anticipated but my hair grows fast! Its a good product and I would suggest it to anyone who has little hairs that they want gone! Its really not that loud!
Great for facial hair, underarms and legs!!!

While I purchased my Emjoi for chin and upper lip once I got the hang of it I have done my legs and underarms as well. Great job in all three areas. Not nearly as painful as I anticipated and it isn't as loud either. I think the price and quality make this a five star product. I am sorry I didn't buy one further. My daughter is considering getting one for herself she is so impressed.

this product did not work on me, it pulled the hairs but broke them off instead of pulling them all the way out.left me with many ingrown hairs.maybe i did something wrong,but i dont think so.

It is a nice product. Use it as it is recommended like not pressing it too hard on your skin. It has taken care of over 90% my unwanted facial hair. It also offers you an unintended consequence: Most of such products (including your daily shaving machine or Gillette's razor blade) cause microscopic scratches to your skin which, even though invisible, forces the affected skin to make new skin cells. As the result, you'll have smoother and more-fresh-looking skin! I do now!

I purchased this product about a month ago. I am very satisfied with the product, it really works, and the hair does not grow back as quickly. I have tried many and this is by far the best.

I have owned one for a couple of years..I bought it just for my fine facial hair and was very happy with the clean job it did.I have used it for underarms and legs and think it did an excellent job..a little powder under the arm made for a smooth shave and not as much pulling....VERY PLEASED WITH IT.....

I have been epilating for about 10 years, and for most of that time I used an epilady brand. When that one finally slowed down (it still works!), I bought this one. It does the job moderately well, BUT it breaks off some hairs instead of pulling them out and doesn't get the really short hairs, which is really annoying. I whish I had spent the $$ on a nicer model.

I'm a guy using this product because I hate the feel of my skin when I shave. For me the product works great because I'm just trying to get all the thick hair out, but it doesn't get all the really fine hair. You do have to go over everything multiple times if you want to get as much out as possible, but if you're tweezing it would take even longer so this product is worth it! As for pain, it hurts just the same as it does pulling out with tweezers, but you are pulling lots of hairs out at once, so it hurts that much more. It doesn't hurt at all when I use it on my face though. I've never had another epilator, so I can't compare it to others, but for what I bought it for it's a great product!

This product is very effective especially at removing those small light hairs that you can't seem to see until you are in broad daylight. It occasionally misses a hair probably because of it's angle, but if you keep going over it, it works. The first time you use it, it hurts but not as much as waxing or individually tweezing each hair. After that if you use it every day, you can barely feel it. I feel that this is a great altrnative to waxing (painful and messy) or using depilatories (irritates skin).

I received my Emjoi Silken Rechargeable Hair Remover yesterday & was eager to give it a try. I used it on my legs first & was very pleased by the results. It's a little more uncomfortable than using an eletric razor more of a tingling sensation really. In fact I was surprised that it wasn't more uncomfortable since it's removing hair from the root. I was expecting something similar to the pain of waxing but it's nothing like that at all. I really wish I would have tried this sooner! The hair came out easily following the directions. Next I tried the bikini line. It worked wonderfully as well. Much better than waxing, WAY LESS PAINFUL & think of all the money you'll save not having to go in for professional biniki waxing during the summer! It can used plugged into the electrical outlet or cordless after a full charge which makes it really convenient. I'd say to give it a try. Folica has a great return policy if it doesn't meet your expectations. I just wish I would have tried this years ago!

Wanting to be rid of the fine hair around the mouth that kept growing back too quickly I decided to try this product. I was hoping to buy something a little cheaper but the reviews on those did not allow me to purchase any. I thought that I would give this one a try. The rechargeable nature of it is what attracted me most.
After having it delivered I did not waste time trying it out. Yes it was a bit uncomfortable, but no more than the manual tweezers. The wonderful thing is it worked beautifully. I would recommend this product. As long as you do not expect a pain free experience go right a head and buy.
