Not the greatest product ever. I was soo excited to order it and once it came I finally tried it and it didn't work as well as I had anticipated and it hurt like crazy!! Does anyone know if I can still return it even though the box is opened?? Please answer!!

This device is extremely dangerous. I was using it on my chin when it riped into my skin. As an instinctive reaction I jerked it away from my face bouncing the device off of the mirror I was holding and then into my eye. ernie my boyfriend passed out from all of the blood and I had to drive myself to the hospital. I now have a glass eye and a skin graph thanks to this thing.

It has done an amazing job on my armpits I don't have to shave anymore - finally no stubble! My legs are still not completely smooth, but it lasts longer than shaving and the hairs are finer. They seem to be getting more and more smooth and hairless with every time. The pain of epilating is almost gone, but hurts pretty bad around the bikini line still... Overall I would say its worth the money, even just for under the arms, and does a great job!! I'm happy with my purchase.

In the past with my epilators, they worked better then this version. But it didn't only rip too many of my hairs. so it was pritty good

It leaves behind bumps and it doesn't remove all the hair. It burns too.

I'm an amateur body builder (guy)--and I got to say I think this thing is fantastic. It works SUPER fast, pulls the hair out without breaking it and causing stubble. Takes a little getting used to, especially in sensitive areas, but I use it all over, and the results are great.
One tip--you can buy a cream that numbs the area you are working on--I recommend anything with Benzocaine in it (lanacaine, shave zone)
But this little tool is pretty amazing.

This product is not all that after you tired it out. I thought I would be hair free for up to 4 weeks. But that wasn't true for me because it only last up to two days. I don't think this product is worth it's price after you tired it. For those who don't believe can give a try. The reason why I bought it was because of reading the costumer's review and most of them said that it was the coolest thing they ever got. So I thought I give a try. To be honest this product was not all that and I wouldn't recommand it to any of my families or friends.

I purchased this product as a "back up" to my customary waxing (everything from eyebrows down to my toes -- no joke) which I have done for YEARS. I was ENORMOUSLY pleased with this product; it was easy to use, the hair did not have to grow too long for the product to be used, and it performed beautifully -- ONE DOES NOT NEED TO BE A ROCKET SCIENTIST to use it properly and get GREAT results. VERY, VERY, VERY PLEASED! I may even forget about spending all that money on waxing in the future. Try it you'll be delighted. Truly.

I'm the type who develops a 5 o'clock shadow on my legs a day after shaving and it really bothered me. Laser is too expensive. I tried waxing with Moom and it was great, results lasted for weeks, but it was messy and took hours. With this, it took me so much less and it does hurt, but just like waxing, in beginning. The hair does grow back lighter and less course. It can be used anywhere,pretty much. The corded/cordless option is very good. You don't have to wait for hair to be same length as with waxing, and it removed every hair that I had. Yes you do have to go over an area a few times, I found the same to be with waxing. As far as using it on one's face, I don't see how one can do one's eyebrows with this, it's not suited for it. Single long hairs can be removed. So, I "Moom" my brows and "Emjoi" my body. This is my first epillator ever and I'm very pleased with it. I recommended it for my friend, and she bought it. Absolute winner with me.

I have been shaving my legs for over 10 years. Now, I have touse the Emjoi hair removal system every day after I shower. I've had it for a month now. I still feel a little pokey after each use because the hairs keep growing in fast, but I know that it will get better over time. The hairs are noticeably thinner now, and I'm hoping to get to the point where there aren't any hairs growing for weeks.
I like it!

This is a great product! It is uncomfortable (especially at first) but I wouldn't expect something that is designed to rip your hair out from the root to be totally painless. This is the first time I've used anything like this and I have to say I am very pleased :)

I am pleased with my purchase. It's not perfect in terms of hair removal, you do have to make a couple of passes in order to get all the fine hairs and some of the shorter hairs in areas that aren't perfectly flat/tight. But overall it does what it promises to do. The hairs do grow in at a slower rate and finer than originally grown in. If you've already gone in and had waxings, the sensation is not horrible. It's rather comparable to getting a waxing, only you are doing it to yourself. I haven't tried larger areas (i.e. entire legs), so I can't vouch for how well it would do for extended periods.

I have an old braun epilator, and it is less painful and faster than this one, but it has a cord. The only thing I like about this one is that is cordless, but the battery only last about 30 min. Overall price too high for what you get.

I absolutely LOVE my epilator. It is a little painful, but if you can stand the pain of getting waxed or tweezed, you can stand the pain of an epilator. Just for the info, it really reduces the pain if your hair is shorter and if you take a warm shower to open up your pores (like recommended). I definitely recommend this product!

I have the older version and have always loved it. I used the new product which belonged to a friend and it was even better! (so I am going to buy one). The pain is not bad at all - waxing is three times worse. I use this product on my face, arms and bikini lines. Its fabulous and I remain hair free for 5 weeks. If they doubled the price I would still buy it - thats how great it works. I have "never" experienced an ingrown hair or a bruse on my skin and I have been using it for years. I have experienced those things from waxing! This product is worth every cent!!!

This product does work, the hairs are pulled at the root--but there is a lot of getting used to! The pain is bad at first, but keep at it, it truly does get better. The thighs were the most painful. My biggest problem is the ingrown hairs. I thought I exfoliated, but still got really bad ingrown hairs. I'm am exfoliating more, and it is getting better. My legs still don't feel baby-smooth, mainly because of the ingrowns, but it is a big improvement on stubble. I think it works great on underarms, and haven't had the ingrown problem there as much. I also reccomend it for your arms if you are currently waxing them (don't try on arms that haven't been recently waxed). It has left my arms very smooth. I have only had this a month, but I'm still getting used to it, so hopefully it will get better with time!

My best friend "erked" when I mentioned the brand but when I got to use it, I am actually happy with it. I use it for my legs and armpits and am very satisfied with it. However, you have to maneuver it like in circle motions (clockwise and counter) to get all hair out, and in all other angles.
