I bought this based on reviews of others. I didn't really think I had much makeup. I decided to clean out my cabinet and put the makeup all in one place that could be stored. Hence, the train case. I got all my stuff in it (Who know I had so many makeup brushes?) It was larger than the train cases I could buy in town and cheaper too! It's got my vote!

LOVELY. Only thing missing is maybe some smaller compartments for the bottom half or the parts to create compartments. Other than that it is perfect, clean, and functional.

overall this was a good purchase. For the price, compared to the much higher price normally paid for train cases, this one works out well. When closing it, the two sides don't exactly meet up (like its warped a little bit) but if you push it, then it closes just fine. The inside bottom compartment is very big and has lots of room- wish it had one more shelf or dividers in the bottom. But overall this was a great buy for the price and I am happy with my purchase.

I actually use this to hold jewelery instead of makeup and it works great! I also like the idea that I can lock my precious items up.
