Best Flat iron ever! (it also curls!)

I have long and thick extensions, I was using the Chi flat iron and my hair was always getting tangled at the bottom. After using the ERGO Prosleeker, my hair is so shiny (both mine and the extensions, you can't tell which is which).
It glides so well! Leaving my hair so silky, smooth and without any frizz! Not like my Chi, you could hear the burning of the air.
I had purchased at the same time to compare the Superstar Super Nova flat iron. No competition! The ERGO Prosleeker is sooo muuuuch better, so much worth the price difference! Although the SuperNova heated faster, when straightning the hair was not as effective, had to make multiple passes whereas the ERGO one pass and the hair is left smooth (frizz free), silky (shinny), and so soft and of course that leaves my hair tangle free!
I am very happy!
I would like to add that Folica service was incredible, I live in Canada, odered one day and received my order within 48 hours! Incredible! Thank you!

Very lightweight and keeps an excellent tension on the hair with minimal effort; it is very comfortable to use. I can create ribbon curls and flat iron large/uneven sections of hair without pulling or creasing the hair. Altough it heats up to 410 degrees, I've never had to go any higher than 375 to smooth any type or texture of hair. Ergo's warrenty and repair service is also excellent. This is an excellent proffesional product!
