DevaCurl Set It Free is a frizz-free moisture lock spray.

Directions:

Spray and scrunch on wet or dry hair to re-activate curls. For high-frizz factor, spray on wet hair, then again on dry hair, or simply spray into palms and scrunch on dry hair. May be used in conjunction with DevaCurl Angell.
