I have used this product for about 5 years now, and it really works. You do have to use it daily if you want to see the fine veins disappear, but they really do disappear.
Dermal-K works but not on spider veins

A few years ago, I bought Dermal-K for spider veins. It did not do a thing for the veins. But I liked the texture and started using it a a nightly face/neck cream. In a few months, the light brown spots I had on my face disappeared. I've been using Dermal-K as my nightly moisturizer ever since.

I have been using this cream for 2 months on areas of spider veins and 1 varicose vein on my lower legs that I have had since high school. I have seen 2 areas clear up completely and the others (including the varicose vein) fade significantly. I am no longer embarassed to wear shorts or skirts. I wish I had found this cream years ago.

I have been using Dermal K since May 25 and it is now June 7, so I guess I will give it a few more weeks. I have many spider veins and have been looking for the slightest improvement in the smallest veins, but have not seen any perceivable difference as yet. I will give it 4-6 weeks, but I am not hopeful.

I have been using the dermal K cream to treat facial spider veins for almost a month and I'm discouraged so far. I have not seen any improvement at all. In fact, one side of my face seems to be a little worse than it was. I'm going to keep trying for another month and see what happens.
