I've struggled to find a cleanser to really clear my skin of pimples. This cleanser actually works. I have minimal break outs now, and the ones I do get are small and I can get rid of them quickly. The one downside is it seemed to take about a month or so before my skin responded to the cleanser and started clearing up.

I have sensitive skin, and this is the only product that works for me. I have tried almost every product for blemishes, but this is best so far.

I have extremely sensitive skin and am unable to use the majority of products available on the market for acne. In the past year I began to suffer from adult acne, and as I have never had this problem, I had no idea what to do. My skin looked really, really bad. I tried some of the products with benzoyl peroxide and salcylic acid because it seemed that's all there was wherever I looked. That was a mistake. I looked even worse than I did to begin with. At my wit's end, I stumbled across this stuff and figured I might as well try it. My skin is now seemingly back to normal and it didn't take much more than a couple of weeks to see excellent results. I would recommend this stuff to anyone.
P.S. It smells like tea tree oil.

I have used this product for a month now and it works wonders, by the way I had very serious breakouts which have and continues to disappear with a consistent use of this product. Pls try it and you will not regret.

I have been using Derma E clear skin 1 for almost a year for adult acne. This was my life saver.
You can feel a difference the first time of use... with continued use ... you will begin to see the difference.
I love it.

this prodcut can be compared to many others, this one does not smell pleasant, cleasn "alright" I was expecting better results but if you have oily skin it serves the purpose but you need to use it day and night or you will not see good effects.
